Welcome to The Palms of Destin 2104 Junior. Enjoying the conveniences of staying on the ground floor while being a short stroll away from the pool, families with young children will find ease in not having to use the elevator. This coastal inspired two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features an open concept living and dining space, flat screen TVs, and private patio. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of counter space with a breakfast bar, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. Relax in the spacious primary suite with a king bed, patio access, and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed plus an attached bath with a walk-in shower. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this serene condo can sleep up to six guests comfortably. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer plus a welcoming starter kit. Come make lasting memories at The Palms of Destin 2104.

Great place to stay!

This is our second time here and we love this resort! The pool is incredible and the condos are great for our family.

Awesome Vacation Stay

This place was very clean and so complete! It provided us with everything we needed! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We strongly recommend, very good for large families!

Great experience

We loved the place, It was super clean , check in was super easy the only complaint that we had is the wifi we weren’t able to watch Netflix or Disney on any off the rooms wifi was too slow and tv never work. Overall everything was great and would for sure reserved here again.

Perfect for family of 4

The room was just as pictured. Our girls loved the pool and that it was open late. Their room has enough space for them sleep and play,(although I will mention if you have older children this room may feel a bit small for them). Our room was comfortable and roomy enough for morning cuddles with our daughters. The location was close to everything we went to, but Destin isn’t big so we knew anywhere we stayed wouldn’t be that far from anything. The area was quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze as well. Would stay again.

Plenty of space

Great space with lots of natural light. The master room was spacious! The bathrooms were good sized as well! The kids loved the bunks and swivel tv as well as the pull out couch! It was clean and just as expected. The only negative was that the trash room was next door and I’m pregnant- it was really smelly quite a few times!

Spring Break 2024

Beautiful beach themed condo with a gorgeous lagoon style pool. Our condo was on the first floor which was super convenient. The garbage dumpster was directly behind our patio. My only complaint were the garbage trucks that arrive very early every morning and are loud along with the workers talking. If I knew our condo was going to be that close, I would have chose a different condo in the building. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Just go ahead and keep looking

I wrote a long detailed review and VRBO said I couldn't post it. WOW. So here I am again. I'm a mom and had a really bad experience that I suppose I am not allowed to share. The unit was in sanitary, maybe that's a nicer way to put it so I can post this? Basically DO NOT STAY HERE. If they actually cared about having a clean place to stay they would probably have let me post true truth about this unit so it could be corrected. I never write reviews but I took the time and now here I am again because I wasn't allowed to post and I had to "revise" it. Trust me when I say don't waste your time or money at this place or with VRBO.

Good location, great amenities, condo in need of many updates

This is our 2nd time staying at the Palms of Destin resort, so we knew we'd love the amenities (pool, basketball court, workout room, etc.). It is also only a 10 minute walk to the beach. So, overall the resort gets high marks. However, the condo unit we stayed in this year is in serious need of multiple upgrades. The carpet is worn and grubby looking. There are several dings and dents in the appliances. The interior door guard lock was loose upon check-in, and fell out during our stay. The entry door is quite heavy and difficult to open/close. The sitting chair was literally falling apart, and the sofa pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also, basic cable is not available in the unit, which was surprising and disappointing. Perhaps this is common, I don’t know. The unit we rented last year did have this amenity. Again, we love the resort, and will return. But not to this unit.

Nice condo, has a few maintenance problems

This is a nice condo in a great location. We spent our time at Henderson Beach State Park and the condo is super close. The condo was in nice condition and clean. Overall we were happy with our stay. There are a few things in the condo that need maintenance. The front door to the condo is extremely difficult to open and close. When trying to close it I had to slam my foot against the door to get it closed. Sometimes when he came home from the beach I had a sleeping kid in my arms and it was so difficult to get the door open. It definitely needs to be fixed. Secondly, the handle on the refrigerator kept popping off which was also frustrating. We have a family of six people with four kids and I didn't feel like there was enough silverware for our family. By the time we finished breakfast almost all the silverware was dirty. Lastly, We noticed ants in the parking garage, and on our drive home we discovered that they had infested our car. We are now dealing with trying to get rid of them. So definitely spray the wheels of your car with DEET and watch where you park. All of those things make the condo sound really bad, but overall it actually was pretty nice. We also enjoyed the pool area. We would probably stay here again as it is much cheaper than surrounding options and still pretty nice. We will just be more careful about spraying the wheels of our car with DEET and checking for ants.

Comfortable

Check in was simple and easy. Management was helpful and nice. Room was very nice and comfortable. Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend staying there!
