Labor Day getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this condo for two families with college aged kids and a quick getaway for Labor Day weekend. The condo was gorgeous, the perfect set up for seven adults, and exactly as photographed! No surprises. It was a huge space which provided lots of room to spread out and get ready and eat together, play games, watch football. The lazy river was a huge bonus and the beach access was lovely.

BEST Family Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Words cannot describe how great our condo was! This was our second stay in 701 and it was as great as we remember. We had a few issues when we first checked in (smoke detector beeping, curtain rod hanging off, and a running toilet) and they sent maintenance out the morning and got it taken care of. The views are wonderful and the condo was super clean. Location for eating out and groceries is absolutely perfect!

Once we got in (I wasn't sent the entry code before we arrived), it was awesome to see that the property was much roomier than I was expecting! Having private bathrooms in each of the four rooms worked out so well and the large balcony was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. There was noise from the construction next door at 4am the first night (I think they were off loading dumpsters), but very quiet otherwise. The weather was a little cool so we were bummed that we couldn't enjoy the lazy river. The hot tubs were full both times we went downstairs so we didn't get a chance to sit in those either. Overall, the property was clean and comfortable with a clean uncrowded beachfront. All the kitchen amenities were helpful for cooking breakfast and making lunches. It was a great trip and I'd highly recommend this property!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear the home exceeded expectations in space, comfort, and layout, and that the private bathrooms and large balcony added to your stay. It’s also great to know you enjoyed the clean, uncrowded beachfront and found the kitchen well equipped for your needs. We’re sorry for the initial miscommunication regarding your entry code at arrival. We do send all arrival information the day prior to check-in, but we understand how important it is to have everything on hand when you arrive and we apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the nearby construction noise and amenities. While some factors are outside our control, your feedback is very helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for the recommendation- we’d love to host you again on your next beach trip!

This property was such a wonderful fit for our group of 10. The condo was so roomy and equipped with all the necessities and so many extras: board games, sand toys, tons of kitchen utensils and small appliances. The view was absolutely perfect and the balcony was a great size for our entire group to comfortably enjoy.
