Comments about our communication mean a lot! Regarding the hot tub cover - you’re right that it shows some wear! We actually have local black bears who enjoy using it as a scratching post, so it has some patched spots (there’s even a “Black Bear Repair” note on it with a smiley face, though it’s faded and due for a touch-up!). It’s fully clean and functional, and since a brand new cover would likely meet the same fate, we’ve chosen to keep the current one in good working repair rather than replace it.
