The house is amazing! Well maintained and has everything you may need. The reason 5 stars is not given is due to the management company. First they requested my personal contact information to sign a rental agreement. The costs listed on the rental agreement did not match the costs on VRBO that I paid. When I questioned it the company basically said sign it or we will cancel the rental. This was 10 days before we were supposed to arrive. Then when we arrived the pool was 62. When I tried to turn the heat up it would not work because the pool pump is on a timer and turns off at 5 pm. So the heater only runs from 8-5 pm. It was 40 some of the nights on the trip so by morning the pool was at 62 again. It takes 4 hours to heat the pool, so it was not warm until noon or later, which doesn’t work when traveling with 9/10 year olds. Second the heater did not actually work at all the first 36 hours we were there. I had to suggest a technician come to the house, which was done 24 hours after my suggestion at 9 pm. Turns out the capacitor needed to be replaced. For the price paid I would make sure everything was in proper working order before guests arrive. Finally our rental period ended at 10 am on Jan 4th. At 11 am on Jan 2nd the management company was at the property telling me we were supposed to have vacated the premises. I had to show them the VRBO booking and their own paperwork to prove what they should have known. I will not rent again unless there is a new manager.
