Beautiful Villa on a wide Gulf Access Canal

We’d like to briefly clarify a few points for future guests. As a professional management company, a signed rental agreement is required for all stays, which is standard practice and helps protect both guests and homeowners. The rental amount listed in our agreement reflects the base rental rate only; payments processed through VRBO include additional platform fees that are set by VRBO and are outside of our control. Pool pumps operate on timers, which is standard for residential pools. We normally review these details during a check-in walkthrough, which was declined. When the pool heater issue was identified, we contacted our pool technician promptly and scheduled the earliest available emergency service which included after hours service. As mechanical issues can occasionally occur despite regular maintenance, we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the checkout date. This was an internal scheduling error, and we regret any inconvenience it caused. Hello Paul, Unfortunately, my record doesn't show any calls, emails, or VRBO text during your stay other than the one that you informed me on your departure day that you will leave early and would not be there for the checkout. FYI, this is a brand-new home that finished in the middle of 2021 and the pictures are as it is. Regarding the pool heater, all the pool equipment will be inspected once a week by us, and a pool company technician, if there are any issues will be taken care of right away. We are here always to help and make your stay pleasant.

Usually, we stop by a day after your arrival and the day of departure to provide you with precise information regarding our cleaning policies, answer potential questions, and confirm everyone is fully briefed on how to avoid additional charges post-departure. Unfortunately, you declined our check-in and check-out prior to arrival, which we were happy to waive for your convenience. In addition to the recommended Check-in and Check-out, all tenants are provided with a folder in the rental property as well as a contract in which all our policies are extensively defined and clarified.
