If you like to be centrally located in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood between downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB (Goleta), you will love staying in this unit.

This unit is has a panoramic view of UCSB, a private spacious deck outside to enjoy the view and has tropical landscape throughout the property.

A clean and quiet place in a beautiful setting with stunning views for a Santa Barbara visit.

This property is located on 1 1/2 acres in a quiet residential neighborhood on a private drive.

This unit has its own private patio entrance and deck that has a panoramic distance view of UCSB and the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other side.

There are two sets of french doors leading onto your own private deck with views from inside & outside the bedroom.

This is the only unit on the second level with no shared common walls. It also has it own control of the heating/air conditioning which is an added bonus for the occasionally hot summer days.

It has a queen bed and can accommodate up to three people. A twin bed is set up next to the queen bed by taking a chair out to make enough room for the third guest.

The patio table on this spacious deck provides a lovely peaceful setting to relax and unwind during the evening or have morning coffee and light meals. Beautiful sunsets can be seen during the Winter months.

This unit is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot water kettle. There is no stove or oven. Please do not bring an instant pot, portable burner etc to cook since I do not have a kitchen sink.

I have three vacation rentals on this property. Please inquire about my other units if your dates are not available on this unit.

A car is needed to get to the property. Parking space is provided within the property.

This is a very quiet residential neighborhood where there is no public transit close by or any businesses within walking distance.

Tucker's Grove Park and San Antonio Creek Trail is within walking distance.

5 miles from the Santa Barbara Airport.

Please note this is a non smoking unit. Failure to comply will forfeit your security deposit.

I do not book more than 3 months in advance for holiday weekends because I may need the whole house for family events.

Sorry I cannot accommodate any ESA animals due to safety of my family and the rest of my guests. I have a Siberian Husky who is very prey driven but loves people.
