You’ll enjoy an amazing Anna Maria Island vacation when you visit upscale gulf front condominium Buena Vista 3, 101 67th Street in Holmes Beach! This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home spaciously accommodates up to 8 guests with beach style luxury.
Everything you expect from a relaxing stay can be found at this Anna Maria Island vacation rental condominium. If you’ve never experienced Gulf of Mexico beaches you are in for a real treat. Enjoy powder white sand, crisp blue water, gorgeous sunsets and great beach combing all waiting right outside your door! If you visit in the winter months, enjoy the community heated pool and spa. Lockable storage pool side as well as enclosed garage for storage of vehicle or larger items.
When you are ready to explore Anna Maria Island activities hop on the southbound trolley stop on Gulf Drive at the corner of 67th Street and Gulf Drive. 2 covered parking spaces are available, so leave your car and trolley hop almost the entire length of Anna Maria Island for shopping, dining and sightseeing.
Back at your Holmes Beach vacation rental Buena Vista 3, find your Island style haven. In the beautiful living room find plenty of comfortable seating, wireless internet, 70" Smart television with HBO and Showtime, and great natural lighting through the large windows and doors leading to the covered balcony. You’ll love spending time lounging on the balcony watching the gulf and sunsets. This third floor condominium does have an elevator!
The kitchen and dining areas are very accommodating. In the kitchen find all the basics including a dishwasher, stainless appliances, coffee maker, and gorgeous counters and cabinetry. The dining room offers a more formal dining area with 10 seats, or find seating for four at the breakfast counter.
The bedrooms at Buena Vista 3 are very comfortable with each room offering premium hotel quality linens and a smart TV as well. The master suite has a King bed, balcony access and gorgeous master bath. There is a second master suite with a King bed, balcony access and luxurious en-suite bathroom with day spa feels. The 2 other guests rooms offer a King bed and 2 Twin beds. There is also a Queen sleeper in the living room. All 3 full bathrooms offer walk-in showers, and there is a n additional half bathroom for guest use off the kitchen.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
