A completely new 2500 sq. ft. Villa with 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 common rooms for rent 7-day rental to include all luxury amenities. Unit includes full island kitchen; living room/dining area, 2 sofas (2 converts to 2 sofa beds to sleep) in the living room; balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. The unit also includes a washer and dryer. Dawn Beach is one of the best beaches in St. Maarten, with stunning views of the beach, sands, and neighboring island, St. Barts. Wi-Fi is also available in the unit (no extra charge). Big Fish restaurant is right around the corner and you will enjoy the scenery. An amazing ambiance is a great place for relaxation and a great place to view the world from a different place. The unit includes a full island kitchen; a living room/dining area, a balcony off of the living room, a washer, a dryer, a pool on your deck, and a barbecue grill. WiFi. Rent must be Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Saturday.

Amazing Location on Quite Beach

The unit is located in the Coral Beach Resort complex on Dawn Beach. The resort staff were all wonderful and it was amazing to have the additional services - housecleaning, evening turn down, beach attendants, pool cleaners, and concierge services. We also arranged with a local catering company, Fabulous Feasts, for a few catered meals in our villa. You also have access to the Oyster Bay Resort next door. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, including one right on the beach where you can order cocktails. Dawn Beach is perfect if you are looking for a less crowded, quieter beach than some of the others on St Martin. We were in Villa #1 and it was amazing with 4 huge bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Two of the bedrooms had oceanfront views and you could watch the sunrise every morning from bed. The pool area was spectacular! The pool was about 5.5 ft deep everywhere so there wasn't a shallow area, but there were noodles and floats. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you needed (pots, pans, coffee, etc). They also provided bottle water and wine (for a cost). My only feedback was that we didn't know which unit we were going to be in until we arrived. This caused a little anxiety before our arrival since we weren't sure which villa we would get.

BAIT AND SWITCH-this is NOT his unit!! Beware!!!

Do NOT believe the listing. The person listing this 5 bedroom beachfront villa stole photos from another owner and owns a one week time share at a 3 Bedroom villa NOT on the water. He accepted my online booking for dates he did not even own and then told me for a “deal” I could rent it for another week (which he had no access to nor does he own the next week as a time share) and I would be all set. Flights were booked and 7 of us arrived to not a beach front villa and he charged me for 6 Nights at 1500 (not the 1230 advertised) knowing I could only stay 5 nights at the unit with no place to go after that. He keeps trying to say this is MY fault and I didn’t read what he wrote but the facts are he got me to the island with my family and my first 24 hrs were stress and tears from being scammed and lied to. He is rude and I have found out that he has done this to other families as well. I’m not sure how VRBO allows this fraudulent listing to exist knowing this is not his unit.This property does not even have a 5 bedroom option.VRBO was told yet lets the listing stay up? The property management's team was AMAZING at helping me find a place for the rest of my stay but I hope VRBO does the right thing and refunds me. I highly recommend coral bay villas but THIS LISTING of a 5 bedroom villa on the beach is a bait and switch scam.How many times is Vrbo going to let this happen to families?they know and the listing is still up?do better Garly Benoit and do the right thing VRBO.

Exactly, if I did do something illegal Virbo would have made me fix it hence, everything I did for you was up to part to the point that Virbo did not even bother ... Everything was written to you in various chats and various conversations. Maybe, you want to read very carefully all the terms of the rentals, which are/were displayed everywhere on the Vrbo site. I am glad our staff took care of you, and your needs and you enjoyed the property. Please read, read, and read, and never do instant bookings without asking all the pertinent questions first.
