Located on the shore of Maho Bay and within walking distance to St Maarten’s thriving night life area of Maho, Beach Secret, a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath villa offers new contemporary elegance combined with vibrant Caribbean colors to make the perfect villa vacation experience!

Situated in a gated, tropical beachfront lot, the spacious, fully air-conditioned, single level villa offers a large open floor concept with a beautiful, well equipped, modern kitchen that opens to a spacious living and dining area. There are 4 bedrooms total, each with ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with a set of queen beds (yes that’s right – sleeps up to 4 children), are interiorly accessed off the living area. The 4th bedroom with king bed has a separate exterior entrance. So, the villa will sleep up to 10 persons comfortably at no extra charge!

The living area opens to a terrace and pool, and those gorgeous, unobstructed visions of blue as far as the eye can see... At night guests may catch the site of huge, brilliantly lit cruise ships setting out to sea, or colorful sailing vessels through the day. The villa offers comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas and alfresco dining for 10. There is a new beachfront gazebo and 8 new chaise lounge chairs for soaking in all that warm Caribbean sunshine. For guest convenience there is an additional bathroom with shower accessed from the terrace.

Our family of seven had an amazing stay at this property in Simpson Bay. The home was exactly as advertised—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The views were incredible, especially from the outdoor areas, and the pool quickly became everyone's favorite spot to relax after a day of exploring the island.The location was perfect. We were close to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, and everything we wanted to do while still having plenty of privacy. The property worked great for a multi-generational family trip, giving everyone enough space to spread out while still enjoying time together.The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy from booking through check-out. Any questions we had were answered quickly.This was one of our favorite family vacations, and the house played a big part in that. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Maarten, especially families or larger groups looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay.

Water Temperature: A plumber is scheduled to adjust the water heater settings to ensure the temperature is safe and comfortable. Our second visit to this property and it was well worth the return. Suggestions for the property manager. We like to have a notebook that has information about area restaurant with menus and things to do. It would also be easier for the maid, pool guys and visitors if there were set times that they come to service the house. It seemed like a revolving door at times. However, we loved our stay and would recommend the property to friends and family.

Great location.

Very nice house. Has everything needed. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view from patio.Lots of interruptions though…maid every other day, pool service every other day, Gardner once a week.

Aesthetically, the house looks beautiful & is in a great location. The pool area was lovely. Can't beat the sound of the waves.That being said, communication with the host was terrible. I messaged prior to leaving & again when we landed for instructions on how to get into the VRBO with no response. After contacting customer service while waiting at the airport, I finally received a message through Whats App from Stacey with instructions. When contacting the host again after 3 days, complaining housekeeping hadn't been done, we were having issues with the water temperature, and experiencing a MAJOR ant issue (by then we had emptied the kitchen cupboards twice to spray raid. We were washing our own towels (only 2 bath towels provided per room), sweeping floors, taking out the garbage etc). The host replied saying the house keeper was scheduled to come that day & friday (would be great to know & she didn't show up until Thursday morning at 7:15 & waited outside for us to leave so she could clean). He also said Stacey was our primary contact (naturally you'd think this should have been shared info long before arriving at the VRBO). We thought for the price, the beds, pillows & linens are far from hotel quality. The bathrooms are dark & dated. If you're one who appreciates a full length mirror, there's one in the entire house. The toilet seat & door handle of the "blue room bathroom" was broken so you couldn't close the door. I'd share more but no space allowed.

Dear Lisa, Please accept my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding regarding the cleaning service; it seems there was a breakdown in communication, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Regarding your feedback on the bedding, I must admit we are quite surprised as we have never received a complaint about it before. However, we take your comfort seriously and will look into what can be done to improve this for the future. As mentioned previously, if you wish to cancel, doing so directly from your dashboard will ensure your deposit is processed and returned to you much faster than if I were to cancel the reservation myself

A little slice of heaven

This home was everything as described. Absolutely stunning views, beautiful layout of the home and the backyard around the pool. Plenty of area to be together or to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had the smaller items like a lime crusher that most places don't. Within walking distance of Maho and the Sunset Cafe to watch the planes land. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved the home!

Wonderful property for a group!

We had 6 adults and 2 children 31/2 and 6. The pool was perfect for everyone. Very well maintained as well. The kids also enjoyed exploring the beach and tide pools, but there is no swimming in the ocean from the house. Many beaches available for swimming nearby. The house is perfect for hanging out. The grounds are very nice with lots of sitting areas and places for the kids to play. This was our second stay in the villa with the same group and we all really enjoyed it. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing family vacation

Everything about our stay here was incredible! The villa was stunning, well equipped and spacious. The indoor and outdoor areas were perfect for our group of 9 including 6 adults and 3 kids. The location is very convenient as you can walk to Maho though we also found it quite easy to drive around the island to explore different beaches and restaurants. We appreciated an early check in and the every other day housekeeping service was a really nice surprise. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I, comprised of 7 adults and 3 kids, had an amazing time at this villa. Both John and Stacey were so accommodating, responsive and helpful with all questions and coordination. Amazing trip

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Beautiful property just as pictured, great location, zero plane noise, terrific air conditioning, and wonderful gathering areas in and outside the house. Will rebook if back in Sint Maarten with a group of people. Very quick, clear, and helpful communication during booking and stay from John and Stacey.

Everything about this house is awesome!! Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the casino. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very spacious and the outside area is gorgeous. The beach area is rocky however the view and ocean sounds are fabulous. Definitely will return.

We had an amazing time in this house. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, practical and beautiful. John helped us every time we needed something. We really appreciate having a cleaning service every 2/3 days. Overall, it was a great experience!

Beautiful property

The house and grounds were as described , the beach is nice to look at but you really can’t swim there , But there is a nice sandy beach a few min walk from the house . They location is great , you can walk to restaurants . Groceries . Night life . I would definitely recommend this property , and will probably book the house again next year .

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms worked perfectly for our 2 families. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. The backyard felt even more spacious than the pictures show. We enjoyed eating dinner at the table overlooking the ocean. Easy walk over to Maho beach, which we all enjoyed! Any issues we had, the property manager was very responsive. We would very much recommend this property!

Maho is just few step away with supermarket, restaurants, bars, casino, boutiques and famous Maho beach.

The villa has his own gated private entrance ( remote) and enough place to park 3 large cars. Large Laundry room with XL dryer and washing machine, iron, ironing board, detergent..

The 4 bedrooms are newly renovated and decorated. 3 of them have a direct access on the garden with the pool and the access to the beach.

The tropical garden with the private pool offers a lot of space for everybody.
Large dining area ( 8 persons) facing the ocean with the BBQ grill
There is also a deck area with lounge outside sofa, the perfect spot to watch the sunset !
Around the pool you will also find 6 confortable sunbaths.
To finish, a bathroom with toilet, single sink and an outside shower.
