Most relaxing place on earth.

We spent from September 20-24 at the Lookout. The views from this 100 year old cabin are the best. Hot tub and swingbed on the back deck lets you take it all in. This was our 4th trip to this cabin and we will be back.

We have visited Mentone for 20 years - we returned to "The Lookout" once again. It has the most beautiful views. Makes us want to move there!

My wife and I stayed there for a few days before picking up our daughter from camp. Very cozy and comfortable. Unbelievable view perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Peaceful

We needed a weekend getaway from the every day hustle and bustle so we returned to The Lookout. We have been SEVERAL times and each visit is as pleasant as the first. You cannot find a place in Mentone with any better view of the sunset from the hot tub than this house.

The host was friendly and informative. The cabin has a beautiful view, and it is private. The cabin does need some TLC, and the cleaning needs more attention.

Cozy Rustic Cabin

This sweet cozy cabin is our favorite in Menton! We have stayed here everytime we’ve came to visit and we plan to continue staying here again very soon. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to take a couples vacation or an anniversary getaway I highly recommend this cabin.

The Lookout on the Brow

I Really like old structures and staying in the cabin looking at the old timbers was cool. The view is great. The back porch and front porch were great. They re-paved the road going to the cabin and that was nice. The wife really liked the cabin and wants to stay again. Cozy.

The hot tub did not work, but they were there in less than 30 minutes and fixed it. This log cabin is beautifully decorated and comes with all the authentic features that a log cabin had back in the days. Creaking and out of level floors, low ceilings and stairwell.

Wonderful Cabin

This is a beautiful little cabin, set on a ridge with an excellent view of the valley below. The cabin is perfect for a couple to just relax and unwind. It is 4 miles from Mentone, but that is only a few minutes drive. And the restaurants in Mentone...delicious! But...make sure you have reservations at restaurants.
