The Villa Maria Francesca is located on the seafront and on the sandy beach of Torre delle Stelle, slightly elevated, so you have from almost every room a direct sea view. If you stand on the covered terrace, you will see on the right the sea with impressive rocky coast and on the left side the long, gleaming white sandy beach with gently rising, green coast. This all looks like a movie set.
The villa guarantees complete privacy, although it is located in the middle of the residential area and within walking distance of the shops. The property on a plot of about 8000 square meters consists of a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and a bungalow (bedroom with bathroom) with private tennis court and terrace, which seems to be located above the sea, so tangible is the clear water. Directly ahead lead well-developed and illuminated rock steps to private beach access.
The homey blue-tiled kitchen of the main house makes you feel right at home, the antique wall tiles harmonize with the modern technology (microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster etc.). Not only from the kitchen, but also from the adjoining dining room you have an unforgettable sea view. The dining area is in the living area (INTERNET), here invite the open fireplace and the couch area with TV and stereo on the cooler evenings to stay. However, as soon as the weather permits, you will certainly prefer to watch the sunset over the sea on the Hollywood swing or challenge your family to a match on the tennis court, at the table football or at the ping-pong table.
In the villa there are three bedrooms, one is only equipped with skylights, while the second has no sea view. The bungalow built in the original Sardinian style is, like all bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning. Here is a double room furnished. A shower room is located in the villa, another with external access is opposite the kitchen and the third across from the bungalow. In front of all windows are fly screens.
