Friday Check-in during peak season; short term rentals in off season! Freshly updated for a soothing, open feeling. 1 Bedroom (plus bunk nook), 2 Bathroom - Condo With Ocean Views in the amazing town of Duck. Sleeps up to 6 (5 or less most comfortable). Don’t be scared of the lack of reviews!!! This home had great reviews under the former owners (we just purchased December 2021) and with all the updates we just completed, we started the listing over. All new furniture, paint, kitchen updates, all new windows and doors and 2 COMPLETELY renovated bathrooms!!

Dune't Worry, Beach Happy is located in the delightful town of Duck, NC. This third floor walk up (so be aware there are stairs as it is on the top floor and the building is lifted - great views but lots of stairs!) has ocean views, beach access and an oceanfront pool. It is the perfect spot for YOUR vacation. Quick onsite little walk to have your toes in the sand!

'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is a newly renovated third floor condo that contains 1 King bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds in a cozy nook and a full sized convertible sofa in the living room. With two full baths (both walk in showers), a fully functioning kitchen and a large balcony with views of the ocean, Dune't Worry, Beach Happy will quickly become your family's favorite getaway spot.

Amenities to include wireless internet, a mounted 50" TV in the living room and another smart TV in the bedroom (both will play your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. accounts), an oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and most importantly a coffee maker and a blender!

Everyone will be able to enjoy the ocean front pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, outdoor showers, and gazebos. Charcoal grills and picnic tables near the pool will help to make this vacation one you won’t soon forget!

'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is located just minutes away from the quaint area of downtown Duck. Once there you will find some of the Outer Banks’ best restaurants and shops and sound side boardwalk.

Linens/Towels are not provided, but I will be happy to give you a linen service recommendation upon request!

The location is amazing! It’s super close to the beach and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was really friendly and easy to work with.

The location of this condo is perfect. We had other family stay close by and we were able to walk to their house easily. Communication with the owner was very easy and super efficient. There are lots of game choices if the weather isn’t great and you have a day inside. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the condo. Hard to beat this price and location for the area.

Great location !

We had a short 3 night stay and the location right next to all the good restaurants in Duck was awesome. The upgrades to the property are very nice. Just a short walk to the ocean and amazing views of the ocean from the property. Wonderful experience with the host as well, she was very communicative and accommodating.

Sensational October Getaway

We enjoyed our 26th wedding anniversary at Dune’t Worry, Beach Happy! We loved the comfortable King Size bed, beach views from the front and back decks, separate bathrooms (LOL), and great communication from the owner and property manager. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay!!

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay!! We all loved it. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this place again. The beach was like a 3 minute walk and the pool was right there as well. We were also able to walk to the shops and dinner. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends.

Great Location

Dune’t Worry Beach Happy was a perfect location for a beach vacation! The location was fabulous! Just minutes walk to the beach on the property and an easy walk to the charming town of Duck! The owner was amazingly responsive and a pleasure to work with!

Clean and close to the beach

This place is perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children who can sleep in bunk beds. The bunks are in the hallway. There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. The apartment complex itself needs maintenance, but it’s near town and restaurants. Overall a great place!

Excellent stay at Dune’T Worry, Beach Happy!

Family of 4 had a great time in this perfectly sized rental. You can walk to the beach in minutes and have a great beach view from the balcony. The town of Duck is also minutes away, which gave us plenty to do and eat. We even had dinner delivered to the condo one night. Rental was clean, had everything we needed, and just the right size for our family. Owner was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and ensured we had everything for a smooth trip. Will be back and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and tidy!

We had wonderful stay! The owner, Jen, is kind, thoughtful, and a great communicator! Loved the view of the beach from the front porch. The chairs on the front porch and deck are high quality and very comfortable. A helpful, handy feature noted was the drying rack on the back porch/deck. My son enjoyed the bunk beds as a "book nook" for reading. Overall, we had a fun time!

Location, location, location!

We booked this condo for spring getaway and could not have asked for more. Condo was clean and just as described. Bed was very comfortable. Views were so relaxing. It’s a short walk to the private beach access and everything in the town is within a 5 minute drive. Jen recommended a place to rent bikes from before our trip and those were available right at the condo when we arrived. We ended up biking instead of driving everywhere because of how close the condo was to everything and how bike friendly the town is. We truly felt like we were at “home” while we stayed here. Would not hesitate to book again!

The perfect spot!

This was the perfect little spot for our family vacation! The condo was just what we needed for the 4 of us and is located right in the center of Duck, with quick and easy access to restaurants and shops! The condo was clean and just as pictured/described! There are a lot of stairs but that is very clearly addressed in the description so this was no surprise. The beach and pool were perfect! We’re already planning to come back next summer! So grateful to have found this little slice of heaven and have such great hosts! They were quick to answer any questions we had and kept me up to date on all aspects of the rental leading up to our trip! Could not recommend more!

We are the Clark family (Bobby, Jen, Andrew and Jocelyn) and we live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I went to high school outside of Virginia Beach and Bobby grew up on the Eastern shore. My time was spent at the beach (both Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks) and Bobby grew up on the Eastern Shore – so we both had a love for the water. We met playing volleyball after college and our family grew from there. When vacationing at the Outer Banks, it was the only time we were truly able to disconnect and relax (hence the new name - Dune't Worry, Beach Happy) so we knew we wanted a piece of this paradise. We just purchased this condo and are looking forward to many years of enjoying it (and the renovations in the coming months!).

Between the town of Duck and the amenities of Colony by the Sea, this is a no brainer. The large beaches, beautiful views, nightly activities, and local shops and restaurants make this one of the most enjoyable locations to vacation. The views from our third floor balcony will melt away the stress of the outside world. Whether you have small kids or are vacationing with friends, everyone will feel at home at 'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy'! Between the town of Duck and the amenities of Colony by the Sea, this was a no brainer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is located in the Colony by the Sea condo complex. This complex offers everything to make your vacation complete! What more could you need than a beach within short walking distance, an OCEANFRONT pool, grills, tennis courts, basketball courts, outdoor showers, a coin operated laundry mat, and downtown Duck just minutes away?? This condo features a large balcony where you and your family can watch the waves while you eat your meals. It also has been renovated to meet all of your vacation needs.

The town of Duck truly contains something for everyone. Miles of bike paths make walking or riding a bike around this town a breeze. For the sporty type Kitty Hawk Sports has parasailing, stand up paddle boards, jet skis and a variety of water activities. For the foodie, Duck contains fabulous local restaurants including one of our favorites, Coastal Cravings, which was featured on the TV show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Shoppers will love all of the local stores and will especially enjoy the ease of access to the boardwalk that connects many of the sound side stores. Families will love the large beaches and local treat shops (make sure to check out the I Scream Ice Cream shop!!). Don't forget that 25 minutes outside of Duck you can climb the famous Currituck Lighthouse! And if you head south you will find the Wright Brothers Monument, Jockeys Ridge Sand Dunes, outlet stores, and The Lost Colony Theater. The perfect vacation awaits you!!!
