Park City Town Pointe B301 is a beautifully modern condominium located on sought-after Park Avenue. You will be a short walk to Historic Main Street, along with Park City Mountain Resorts' Town Lift. The stop for the free bus is close by, so you can get around the area with ease including Deer Valley, Canyons Resort, and Kimball Junction.

The condo features 1,900 square feet of space over three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all to easily accommodate up to eight guests.

Stepping through the front door, you'll step into the foyer with convenient bench and coat hooks. You will then step into the main great room, holding the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.

Living Room: This room boasts a plush, over-sized sectional, and a large Sony Smart TV. The adjacent private deck offers fantastic resort views, outdoor seating, BBQ, and a private hot tub.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers high-end appliances, spacious stone counter tops, and a kitchen bar island with seating for three.

Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Master bedroom — King size bed, Sony TV, and a seating area. The private bathroom offers walk-in closet, double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate tiled shower.

Bedroom 2 – King bed, full bathroom access offering a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, twin bed with twin trundle, Sony TV, walk-in closet, and a private Juliet balcony. The private bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

Great Location

We were very happy with the accommodations, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Only a few blocks to Main Street makes it a quick easy walk

Great spot

Comfortable and accommodating condo with plenty of room for big dinners. Excellent kitchen setup for home cooks! And great location for the Town Lift and Main Street.

Amazing

The property was amazing. Fantastic layout with tons of space and premium accommodations. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. It was a 10 out of 10 and will recommend to anyone going to Park City summer or winter.

Thanksgiving in Park City

The condo was just as advertised, had everything we needed for the trip. Great location we walk all over did not have to drive. Can’t wait to go back for another family vacation.

Great place and location

Beautiful place in an ideal location in Park City, a few minute walk to Main Street without all the noise. Home is very well decorated and all the beds were comfortable. My family really enjoyed the place and location. Thank you!

Great condo

Our family of 6 were very happy with the condo. Great location for skiing. We loved the hot tub and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Not a complaint, but wish the gas fireplace could be used.

Unfortunately, it was beyond our control as per the Fire Marshall's advice to shut down all open flames in the property due to recent events in these buildings. Everything impeccable from location to comforts and furnishings! Full easy comfort for 5 adults for long wedding weekend. Only accolades and thank yous! Would absolutely stay again... it was sad to leave.

Great location, well equipped. Walk everywhere. Walk access to ski areas.

Great location, condo was well equipped. Close to main st and good coffee. Easy walk to townlift for ski-ing Or a bus stop right out the front for park city base. Concierge service was very helpful for transfers from SLC (you don't need a car!). Concierge also helped with shipping of our ski gear. We loved the fireplace and spa.

Great location & large 3 BR

My husband, our 8 month old, myself and our nanny stayed at this home for a weekend. The place is nicely kept and was a great size for our group, great locationand so easy to walk to everything. The rental company was really helpful. The only thing I would recommend is having some child friendly items (high chair etc) available.

Great Property.

We liked the location and it’s proximity to the downtown area. Everything was within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay there. I did feel the fees were a little high compared to other properties I looked at and there really aren’t any views from this condo. With that being said I would consider using this property again.

Perfect vacay

This condo is really very nice. Beds are super comfortable, and we loved the sectional couch. Fireplace turns on with a switch and the TV was very easy to use The location is great to get to any of the ski resorts and the walk into town is 2 minutes!! The hot tub is big and clean… super easy to use. The only down side is that you can hear traffic when the windows are opened. Otherwise this condo is amazing and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing Condo Close to Everything!

We had the best time staying at this condo. We stayed here four nights for a ski trip with family/friends. It was well-decorated and well-equipped for modern mountain life. The vaulted ceilings and open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan had a homey feel and created a great environment for meals and games. The access was easy with covered parking and elevator and bell cart for transporting luggage. We walked less than 10 minutes to the Town Lift for skiing and the same to our dinner reservations in town. Highly recommend!

Town Pointe B301

Wonderful apartment, perfect for our needs. Space, warmth, lovely light atmosphere. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Park City. Two points which could have been improved: If possible, I would offer a more comprehensive welcome basket as we had a long journey from the UK and arrived late. Just a few basics, milk, bread and pasta, would have saved us from going out. The transition from the floor in the kitchen area to the living area had a place piece of wood, the problem was that the nails holding this in place had become proud, this mean't that we stabbed our feet a few times until we learnt to avoid it.

Beautiful Family Time

We were so excited about the convenience of this location, the close proximity to Main Street, the easy access of public transportation, and the absolute beauty of the condo itself. It was well-equipped with all we needed and the lay out was so homey and perfect for our large family.
