This large two-bedroom, two-bath home is close to the beach and offers a nice view from the balcony. Take advantage of the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning. This home is close to shopping and the Convention Center. The elevator will make it easy to access this fifth-floor suite after a fun day on the beach!

Free WiFi

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

This condo has a great view and is an elevator ride with a few steps to the beach. My family of four was very comfortable in this condo as it is very spacious with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has anything you could need to cook in rather than eating out.

Oceanfront Stay

We have been coming to Ocean City for 20 years. This was one of the better places that we stayed that was oceanfront. Large condo that had a great layout for my husband and I along with three teen girls. Absolutely loved the wrap around balcony and being steps to the sand. We will definitely stay again if it is available.

This corner unit surrounded us with the sight and sounds of the ocean 24 hours a day! The furnishings added to our enjoyment and comfort when weren’t walking on the beach!

If all you care about is location to the beach, this place is it. Very spacious and has most things you would need. However, it is clearly lacking proper maintenance from the abuse of renters. I understand being beachfront is a lot of the price tag - but for what you pay I would expect more than the bare minimum of cleanliness and some nice decor.

Beautiful!

This was a quick getaway for my sister and me. We were so excited to be able to sit on the balcony with our coffee and watch the sunrise every morning. It was wonderful. Also, the unit was incredibly clean. We loved it and will be booking again next year!

Great condo-Amazing Location!

Although the condo has some outdated features, it was very clean and very well stocked. Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra sheets and blankets. The view was amazing and the wrap around balcony was the best part. We were there in February so we didn't get to enjoy the warm weather or the beach, but still soaked in the view and sounds of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place!

Gorgeous Views

Very spacious, spectacular ocean views from inside and outside on wraparound balcony. Great location, right on the beach. Convenient to everything. Only complaint is that numerous slats for the blinds in primary bedroom were missing, only half the window was covered. Thankfully sun didn't shine in our eyes at the crack of dawn.

Jewell at the beach

This is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at in OC. Everything as promised, spacious tastefully decorated condo with a magnificent view! My only complaint would be the condition of the bath tubes and the stained carpet. Overall the place is a bit dated but well kept. The surround balcony was a special treat that gave us the feeling of being on a ship when looking at the ocean. We also recommend the location as it is quiet but still close enough to the boardwalk.

Great location and amazing view

We loved the property layout and the location and view to the beach. Everything we needed was there and although the fixtures for the sinks and tubs were clocking and clearly outdated, the over all property was good. I recommend very highly at the very least snaking the tubs and sinks and the shower heads should be replaced with a portable shower head of high quality. The location and property is too nice to have a lousy shower head. Over all we loved our stay and I want to give it 5 stars can't completely for the stated reasons. Also the blinds were falling down all over the place and need to be replaced. Just a little maintenance would make the property perfect. We had a great stay overall.

Can't Seem To Get It Right!

Six months ago we changed our trip to March. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails to make this change. I received an email a couple of days ago from Vacasa stating my reservation was cancelled! I called and informed them it was changed to March. I can't believe I received an email to now review the condo.

Horrible mattress in master bedroom. No wash cloths. Had to keep resetting breaker for power. Floor mats in bathroom were gross. Cigarette burn holes on master bedroom blankets. Missing so many slats for the blinds that it wasn’t worth closing them
