Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap

Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Great Beach Location

The property and room were clean and up to date. The location was great with easy access to shops and dining. The spa was very nice. The gym was one of the best resort gyms.

Great location

The property has a great location. It is very old and needs to be renovated. I think they were going to start renovation as soon as we left in middle of October 2022. If you are looking for a cheap place, this is it. If you are looking for more luxury, stay somewhere else. I personally would not rent this place again. The outside area is run down and desperately needs to cleaned up and power washed. The location and water view are the best about this rental.

Review

The condo was mediocre and very outdated. Surely not worth the daily rate that they charge. The patio furniture is full of mildew and needs to be replaced. As far as the grounds and the building, it was super dirty. Standing water near the stairway for several days that could have been easily removed was remedied by an orange cone. Very poor management. Will not stay here again.

Great location

Condo was in a great spot. Major things; It smelled moldy the entire time. Front load washer rubber full of mold and it looked like mold on ceiling but not sure. Light in shower had a hole in it and looked like it could fall out at anytime. Minor things; picture showed a grill on patio but no grill there, no remote to ceiling fan in bedroom and both drawers in fridge were broken so very difficult to put back in. Giving 3 stars because it was in a fantastic spot!

Beach Vacation

The property management and staff were very nice and attentive. We loved the location and the unit. We did not use the washer as there was mold it. They did come down to clean it so the smell would go away but I could not bring myself to use it. The bed mattress is not good. By the last night my hips were hurting pretty bad. The mattress on the pull out has a lot of springs and no cushion so our guest slept on the couch without letting the bed out. The bunk is hard and difficult to get in and out of. New sleeping mattresses and we will be back! Had a great time!

Great location - okay staff

We stayed here for my wife’s birthday. The location was great. It was directly on the beach and walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. I have zero complains with the exception of the staff and all the rules. There are SO MANY RULES FOR EVERYTHING. The person checking us in was unfriendly. Then we went to use the indoor pool at 630( no children hours) with our INFANT. A rude older white gentleman came out and looked at us and said “ the baby has to go” and asked us to leave. We were the only ones using the pool. My child was not making any noise. This seemed over the top and rude to me. As nice as the place was, and as great of a location as it was, I would not stay here again. It is hard to relax on vacation when you are constantly worried about a rule you may break that may cost you $$$ as explained in the rule book you get when you check in.

LOVE the Beach Club on Pensacola Beach

We loved our stay in this unit. We spent the week prior in Destin, had a much nicer view, but this place felt more relaxing. The staff are friendly, the facility and amenities are second to none. The Beach Club sets the bar pretty high and what we always compare other vacation units to. LOVE the indoor pool for inclimate weather and the outdoor heated pool for cooler/windy days. Pensacola Beach is one of our most favorite destinations. The restaurants located in the surrounding areas never disappoint. I love that you have options to dine while enjoying a day on the beach instead of having to get dressed and go find somewhere to eat, they have it all right there. The bridge was still out, but the drive back and forth wasn't nearly as awful as everyone leads you to believe. We made multiple trips into Pensacola while staying on the beach...well worth the time. I love this area and can't say enough good about it. I will mention that a lot of the places on the boardwalk are closed or under repair because there doesn't seem to be enough business to keep them going which was disappointing to see, but it didn't ruin anything for us.

The resort was terrific.

Great property. Double doors opened up and we felt like we were right on the beach. Indoor pool was great for the not so nice weather days. Only wish the resort had some grills set up somewhere on the property.

Great place but far from parking lot

This is a great place & we enjoyed our time here! However, the listing doesn’t tell you that you are not near the parking lot. If you just have 2 people it’s not a big deal.... just lots of trips through the parking lot. Also, no fan on patio. Overall a great place!
