This beautifully remodeled villa offers views of Kapalua Bay, Molokai, Lanai, and Kapalua Bay Golf Course from a uniquely private location within the resort. Enjoy many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, champion golf courses, and much more just all steps from this villa.

Kapalua Golf Villa 12V1 is a newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property with wonderful views. In the living area, you will find a flat screen TV, brand new Queen sofa sleeper, and Hawaiian inspired decor throughout. This villa's kitchen and dining area feature new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed, its own TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a beautiful new walk in shower. Relax and enjoy the spacious lanai, with table and seating for four; perfect for morning coffee and sunset dinners. Stay cool in this villa with central air conditioning and also enjoy use of a washer and dryer inside the villa. Cable and free Wi-Fi are provided.

This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. There are 3 pools that are family-friendly (A,B,C) and 1 that is set aside for adults of the ages 21 and older (D). This way all are welcome to have fun in the sun whether that means playing in the cool water or relaxing by the poolside! If you aren't familiar with Kapalua, you have everything you need nearby; restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and the pristine beaches. There are no additional parking or resort fees. Kapalua Golf Villas are located in close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! In fact, Kapalua Bay is just .5 miles away! You'll love the short and beautiful walk to get there. Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and world-class golf courses just steps from the home. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
