The Space:
Gorgeous alpine and stunning mountain views await in our 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom vacation home that your family or friends are sure to love.
Upon entrance to this beautifully appointed two-story home, guests will love the spacious and open floor plan of the kitchen and dining area. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a delectable meal during your stay.
This stunning space also features a wet bar with a wine cooler and spacious center island with plenty of bar stool seating where you can keep the cook company as they prepare dinner for the night. As the aroma fills the house, gather in the dining area and enjoy your meal with family, as you tell adventure stories of your fun-filled day in Park City.
After a long day, relax on the luxurious leather sofa and plush armchair seating in the family room. Turn up the heat, and feel the warmth of the electric fireplace permeating throughout the room while cozying up next to your loved ones. Unwind for the night streaming your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV, as you gaze out the window onto the spectacular views around this home.
Guests will love the private outdoor patio with stunning mountain, forest, and ski lift views. Take in all of the sights, as you enjoy quality family time, in the lounge seating area, provided during your stay.
For a night of peaceful rest, the master suite is highlighted by a beautiful king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a modern walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has private access to the outdoor patio where you can take in the views and gaze at the twinkling stars at night.
A second bedroom, on the main floor, features two lovely queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, and a spacious walk-in shower.
Additional guests can make their way to the upper level of the home, where they will have access to a stunning master suite that features a gorgeous king-size bed, a separate lounge area with leather sofa seating, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable twin over queen size bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom across the hall with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. This floor also features a game room with plush lounge seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of entertainment options for the entire family.
For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool, and a fitness center, are also available in the complex.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is located next to the kitchen.

Guest will have access to the entire home, the private outdoor patio, the shared hot tub, the community pool, and the fitness center.
You will also have access to 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage of the complex; a parking pass must be displayed at all times. There are limited additional parking spaces outside as well, but guests must confirm with HOA to receive additional parking passes.

This condo is a true ski-in/out with an incredible location in the heart of all the action at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City.
The Main Street Historic District is a short 10-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Getting Around:
From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple bus routes are available with the Silver King bus stop 0.2 miles away and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season.
Please note that the ski lockers will be unavailable due to renovations from September through October
The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd
