Perched atop a ridge on Upper Carolina, Villa Circe offers panoramic views of the islands surrounding St. John. From Jost Van Dyke on one side, over to the sweeping valleys and waterfront of Coral Bay on the other. This multilevel home is the perfect getaway for a large family or group. A paved driveway with private electronic gate access and lush landscaping lead to this incredible villa. Outside you will find the large pool deck and lounge chairs that offer the perfect platform for taking in the views and the sun.

The upper most level features a large open floor plan with the living room, TV, dining room and kitchen. Great for entertaining. Large sliding glass doors facing North and South allow fantastic trades winds to flow throughout the main room. The wrap around deck features outdoor furniture as well as a hot tub with BVI view.

Upstairs has three bedrooms all with personal AC. One King bedroom has its own bathroom and the other 2 King bedrooms share a bathroom with an outdoor shower. Each room also has sliding glass doors that lead out to the wrap around porch. Outside on the deck you will find comfy outdoor seating to take in the views of the British Virgin Islands. The fourth bedroom is located on the middle level and features a Queen bed, en suite bathroom and AC. There is also a washer and dryer located off of this bedroom. The house is equipped with Tesla solar power in the event of an island outage.

Through the French doors leading into the main room on the middle level you will find two additional bedrooms and the game room, outfitted with everything you need to stay entertained or host the best Super Bowl party. There is a kitchenette featuring a full size fridge, wet bar and basic utensils for eating and bar tending. Nintendo Switch in lower-level TV for all your gamers. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the wrap around porch on this level that also feature stair access to the pool level. On this porch you will find the pool table that converts into a ping pong table as well as a dining table. Exercise equipment available including yoga mats, resistance bands, and kettle bells. The two additional bedrooms feature King beds, AC units and a shared bathroom. One King can be converted into two Twins upon request.

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the islandā€™s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.

The house was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking, pool and hot tub were amazing and layout worked perfectly for our daily. The hosts really thought of everything - every amenity, kitchen tool, pool accessory you could think of. Greeter, Tamara, who welcomed us was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

From the views to the decor, the Villa Circe was perfection. We had all the amenities to cook for our family, gear for the beach and views for days from every part of the house. We canā€™t wait to return.

Amazing stay at Villa Circe

Our family had a fantastic stay at Villa Circe- we loved working with Antares Hospitality group who made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The house itself is perfect for a large group with amazing views of Coral Bay and the BVI's. We love to cook- the kitchen has everything you need to cook & entertain a large family. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great Family Getaway

Just an amazing place for a big group with tremendous views of Coral Bay and the British VI's. Lots of room for hanging out as a group and on your own. Great kitchen and grill for big meals. Hot tub and pool were really nice when folks wanted to stay at the Villa. The Antares' folks who managed the property were great as well with logistics and planning. Very good to work with before and during our trip.

Royal Oaks Neighbors

This place was amazing! It had everything we needed for our stay. (3 couples / 4 kids ages 15 - 8). We enjoyed our days hiking and at the beach and evenings were spent enjoying the villa and all the things it had to over.One down fall was the lower bathroom shower did not get hot or even warm.We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Property

This house was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had every amenity that you could ever think of and more. The views were the real show stopper though. The management company was so helpful and extremely quick to respond to any question that came up. It will be very hard to stay anywhere else in St. John after spending a week at Villa Circe.

Amazing Week at the Circe

This house was perfect for our large family! We loved staying on the Coral Bay side away from the hustle and bustle of the island. I highly recommend this house for a large family! The only thing I would change is to make sure you add to your supply lists of what the house already has. Other than that it was perfect!

House was very nice and loved the views!Showers were not the best. Black mold in one of them. Did not like how showers were set up. It was like showering outside with bugs. Overall house was nice.

A wonderful place for a 3 generation family stay

The house is spacious, clean, very well appointed, a delight for grandparents, our 3 children, their partners, and our 4 grandchildren ages 1 to 3. The property manager Antares were so helpful and responsive. Anything we needed was in our hands instantly. Nothing ostentatious or garish. The best of taste. The pool is big enough as is the hot tub. We have spent years traveling all over the world and this was one of our best stays ever.

Amazing start and views

The Antares crew was extremely helpful in making sure the trip was successful. They reached out before hand to make sure we had everything we need. The house was perfect for our group get together. Plenty of room to hang around inside or outside. It was stocked with plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the views from every side of the house were breath taking. Best Family Vacation Ever

We canā€™t say enough about our stay. The house was phenomenal and the views were incredible. This house has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. You are just a few minutes drive to any beach on the island. There is plenty enough space for everyone to spread out for a little alone time or privacy. If you can think of something you may need this house will have it. Our host met us exactly when she said and gave a very thorough tour of the home. You definitely need a Jeep to get up the driveway but after a few trips its not a problem at all getting use to the curves. We are already talking about coming back again!

Spectacular!

We have been coming to St. John for over 30 years and have stayed in several villas. Villa Circe was one of our favorites! The views are stunning! We could not believe how beautiful, clean and well appointed the house was. We needed nothing! The layout was perfect for our children and grandchildren with plenty of room to spread out and games to play. We were concerned about the stairs with a toddler, but didnā€™t need to be. We took many walks up and down them, with no issues at all. Good way to get your steps in!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place for larger group on quiet side of island!

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Circe with friends! 5 couples had plenty of space to gather as a group or spend a little quiet time alone. Great amenities and excellent response from property management when something was needed. We had some strong winds and storms mid week and a solar panel came loose. They were on it immediately. Also had some problems with the gate which they addressed promptly. They also helped us find some last minute dinghy rentals one day. Always helps to have someone assist you in finding reputable services on island. Oh and did I mention the views? Well they are fabulous! Would definitely recommend for a large group or family.

What a view! So much space!

10 of us stayed at Villa Circe. 4 parents and 6 kids ranging 18-21. It was the perfect set up. They have everything you need. The kids had a whole floor to themselves. The pool is great with lots of floats. Lots of games to play as well. The covers decks have so many spots to relax. Nice open spacing in the house. AC in every bedroom. The power went out in part of the house and they came and took care of it immediately. It is way up!! So you need 4 wheel drive for sure. But the crazy drive up is worth it just for the 360 view. We would stay there again for sure!

Great place

We just wrapped up a 7 night stay at Villa Circe, and we could not be happier with the whole experience! We lucked out finding Villa Circe after our original house reservation was canceled by the owners. We are thankful the first house fell through (house was sold, new owners were not honoring existing bookings). We had 5 teens, five adults in the house and the setup was perfect for our group. The kids had the lower floor, adults the upper. The hot tub was a huge hit with everyone. The pool was very nice, a bit shaded, which was welcomed after a day in the sun at the beach. The house was better than the pictures and had more than enough room for the ten of us. Mary, the house host who showed us the way in and the layout of the house, was very friendly and thorough in the walk through. Communication with the property management team was excellent! I recommend the house and we are already planning a return trip in 2024!

Tremendous House and Views from Villa Circe

This is a great property with great amenities. I would highly recommend the property for large and small families. The home is in great shape and there are lots of games and kitchen accessories included with the house. The Property Manager was very responsive to any questions that we had.
