On the Main level, a native stone entry leads to the spacious upper level deck with cozy outdoor shady living areas. The nautical feel great room and kitchen are ideal for entertaining, with arched Mahogany doors and windows streaming in the views from all sides.

A full bath powder room off of the kitchen and the “captain’s desk” complete with porthole windows gives space for those that need a remote workspace. The upscale Caribbean feel of the home continues throughout the property.

On the great room level, the first master bedroom has an en-suite bath featuring an outdoor shower and new AC.
