Set just a 5-minute drive to the ocean, this stunning hillside retreat boasts 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.. Our company manages 140+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:

Casa Ventanas is located in the gated community of Monte Paraiso between Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. Being one of the last houses on the road gives you quick access to both beaches. Playa Hermosa is a small community just 30-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR).  It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants.  It's a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours departing from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.  You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.

Guests have private access to the entire home with no shared areas.

Inside, Casa Ventanas blends comfort and elegance seamlessly. The lower level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, real-wood cabinetry, and modern appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped for guests to self-cater or let us arrange a private chef to cater to your culinary desires. A large dining table for eight and a cozy living area with a smart TV make it perfect for gatherings. The lower level also includes a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second floor houses three additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a laundry facility. High-speed internet throughout the property makes it ideal for both leisurely getaways and remote work.

The outdoor area at Casa Ventanas is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. It features a stunning infinity-edge pool adjacent to the living and dining areas, offering spectacular views for families. The space includes a gas BBQ, an outdoor dining table, a fridge, and lounge chairs, perfect for entertaining or simply soaking in the panoramic ocean scenery. An outdoor shower and a cozy conversation area complete the outdoor amenities, providing a serene space to listen to the local wildlife and gaze at the starlit sky.

The home provides covered parking for up to two cars, with additional spaces available across the lane. Conveniently located between Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco, guests can easily access stunning beaches, charming dining spots, and a vibrant array of shops, bars, and restaurants. Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is just a short drive away.

Due to the steep roads in the development, guests should have a rental vehicle for their stay. Golf carts CANNOT be used at this home. The location of the home makes it incredibly difficult for private drivers or taxis to access. We don't recommend this home for guests that don't want to have a rental vehicle.

VARIABLE PRICING - While this home sleeps 8, the pricing starts for groups of 6.  This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.

GETTING AROUND - Guests should have a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The driveway to the home is quite steep so large groups should consider smaller vehicles, rather than larger transfer vans. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended. The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not have Uber here and getting a taxi can be challenging. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
