Nestled in a quiet bayside cul-de-sac, this coastal townhome is a sure bet for your next vacation! The cozy interior features an open-concept interior with a marina-view living area that has a flat-screen TV for movie nights. A queen sofabed provides an added sleeping option. The full kitchen is equipped with a suite of appliances as well as ample cookware and essential gadgets.

Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony, which offers more marina and bay views. Added perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. The coastline is just 1 mile from home for simple days of fun in the sun! You can also walk to Jolly Roger Amusement Park as well as local eateries and shops.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good hotel alternative

This condo is close to everything, but also tucked away in a nice quiet location. Vacasa recommended bringing sheets just in case, even though linens were specified provided. Glad we took this advice, as we arrived a little late and there were no sheets on the bed. Unless we missed them, we did not see any to put on the bed ourselves. The unit was fairly clean upon arrival, but I do not believe the floors were cleaned (unless just swept). My son was walking around barefoot inside the unit the 1st morning, and as I was getting him ready for the day, I noticed his feet were completely black. This was a great alternative to a hotel. It gave us more room to spread out, but I feel that a few updates should be considered by the owner. I feel these things may be out of Vacasas control. The view from inside the condo is skewed because the slider was cloudy. It may be that the slider is old and/or the seals gave out, but we couldn't fully enjoy the view from inside if the door was closed. With having the air on, we had the slider closed the whole time. We went out on the deck the first morning to enjoy the sunrise and have coffee, and were greeted with 2 broken deck chairs, another looking like it's on its last leg (based on the threading), 1 comfortable chair, and 2 studio like chairs which were not comfortable for any length of time. I did not bother contacting Vacasa as the 2 broken ones as they were stacked in the corner so I presumed they knew of them. I mention this because if another renter comes in and wants to spend more time hanging out at the condo whether inside looking at the view on a rainy day, or being on the back deck, it might be helpful to know this. We didn't spend too much time at the condo, but maybe we would have come back a little sooner to retreat to the deck, if we knew we had somewhere comfortable to sit. Just a few thoughts for the owners to take into consideration.

Decent

The home looked like the pictures ; the patio furniture was torn stove had rust and no internet connection. I called several times and was told someone would contact me. I never received assistance. My daughter couldn't use her tablet nor watch television. Unacceptable customer service.

This is a GREAT PLACE to stay!!!

This house was in a great location which had us close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and other fun things to do. The house was the perfect size for my family of five (5) and the small deck out back next to the water was a great place to end every evening. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Kitchen is completely equipped with cookware and diningware, big fridge, nice and cool throughout the entire house, 2 showers with towels, plenty of storage space in the bedrooms, beautiful skylights in the master bedroom, gorgeous view from the back deck on the bay, overall very happy with our stay as a family!

Beautiful home

the home is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future. Recommendation for the homeowner we were unable to find oven mitts.
