MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

Enjoy the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches from this 21st floor Shores of Panama unit. Sassy Sands Sea-scape unit 2115 is a 2 BR 2 BA beachfront condo with amazing Gulf of Mexico oceanfront views. This updated unit features all the comforts of home throughout. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and private bathroom while the unit also hosts a bunk room with access to the second bathroom. The common area also holds a sleeper sofa and space for you and the entire family. Shores of Panama features a beautiful renovated resort pool and access to some of Panama City's best establishments!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest register and pay for parking upon arrival. You get one parking pass and 6 Resort bands for $90.

Owner provides a beach wagon and back pack cooler and 2-3 beach chairs for your use.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

5 stars. Everything was perfect. There was a problem with the air conditioner and the response was very quick. Despite it being 10 pm. We had a perfect view and we enjoyed our stay there.

Spring Break ā€˜24

Overall the condo was clean and met our expectations, and the view was amazing! We experienced a few minor inconveniences, such as there were no oven mitts for taking hot items out of the oven, and there was no hand soap at all in one bathroom and almost nothing left in the bottle in the other bathroom, we had to take the pump top off and pour it out to use it. I planned to bring all my own toiletries and laundry soap, but I expected at least hand soap would be provided. The area around the hotel was super busy with traffic making it not worth the effort most of the time to take the car out so we ended up walking most places. We went during spring break, so this is likely not an issue during less busy times of the year. And as stated in other reviews, be prepared to wait awhile for the elevators, especially at the times where everyone is going to or coming back from the pool/beach.

Mini getaway

The condo unit itself was fine. Bed was very comfortable. The building is very large and the staff for the resort parking and check in are minimally helpful and unfriendly. I think the resort needs to update its signage so guests can find things easier. Also instructions/things to know about check out was in a drawer of the coffee table. I just happen to find it while looking for instructions for the TV remotes. I would have never known not to throw armbands away and would have been charged $25 for each one. So basically info needs to be in plain sight. Condo was clean and comfortable. The resort itself was just not ideal.

Great Unit, Slow Elevators

Kitchen -no salt and pepper -no kitchen scissors -kid-friendly cups/plates is helpful but luckily we brought our own. (Would just be nice to know if they were supplied) -more detergent would be nice if we wanted to wash dishes more frequently. (Only 2 left) -skillet was NOT non-stick- recommend upgrading to nicer pots/pans Bathroom: -great water pressure and storage -tissues would be nice -no Detergent or dryer sheets; every other condo weā€™ve ever stayed in supplies at least a small amount. Pool/Beach: -chairs, wagon, toys, floats, cooler bag all great!!! Communication- great -didnā€™t know there was no assigned parking spot though Views- phenomenal Amenities- decent gym, elevators were horribly slow. Pool was amazing!!!!

The place was super ideal, very clean and lots of stuff around it. Cort gave us all the details, where good restaurants were and where the fun was! Super comfy and all the necessary appliances- pots, pans, silverware, etc. 10/10 stay!

The condo was really nice and had a great view of the Gulf. It was the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed the balcony. Shores of Panama is a huge complex which isnā€™t for everyone so keep that in mind. Our host, Cort, was super helpful, responsive and made the whole check in / check out process really easy.

Beautiful Condo!!! Gorgeous views & great location!

The condo building itself is just stunning! The pool area is beautiful! It's as your at some resort right by the ocean! Loved how clean the entire property is and how safe and secure it is. The property is very well maintained, the condo unit that we stayed in was very clean and beautiful! Our balcony views were amazing!!! The condo unit manager was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions that we had. Highly recommend the Shores of Panama!!!!

Great property but annoying management

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed all aspects of the unit. The only issue was the property rules and management. It felt like you being watched constantly which was uncomfortable and weird!

All of the bed sheets and towels smelled very musty. I had to go buy new sheets from target. When I took the sheets off the mattress pad was completely yellow and dirty. The ladder to the bunk bed was broken with screws hanging out. The bunk room closet is not accessible due to the ladder being in the way. The price for the stay was decent, but the property needs major work.

Nice condo with killer view, butā€¦

The condo is very nice. The open floor plan is ideal for taking in the views. Big TV and love the huge couch. Has what you need, but would be nice if they supplied pool/beach towels and/or some beach supplies (i.e. wagon, toys, etc.). The view from the 21st floor, as you can imagine, is great. Beaches are greatā€”powdery white sand. Pool and tiki bar were awesomeā€”great drinks & really nice big shallow section that was great for the kids, and adults! BUT, the elevator situation is a major problem. Not enough elevators for the number of unitsā€”waited up to 45 minutes at one point. Also, this particular unit does not have a dedicated parking spot, so during busy times you may be told that you have to pay to park 1/2 mile down the street a walk back to the condo. Fortunately this only happened to us once, but was frustrating nonetheless to not have a dedicated spot. The property manager, Cort, was very responsive/kind whenever we had questions/issues.
