Anne's place is in a wonderful location, with great views and so many thoughtful touches such as a welcome bar set up and pie, nicely stocked kitchen, amazingly comfortable beds, fancy bidet toilets, bbq etc. Anne is very responsive and attentive and was kind about giving us an early arrival and slightly later departure. Highly recommended!

The best unit and property owner at Seascape!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beautifully remodeled Seascape unit. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail of the home had been carefully thought out. The space was incredibly comfortable, immaculately clean, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—truly a turnkey experience.Anne, the owner, was an absolute A. She was responsive, proactive, and even checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. That level of attentiveness made a great experience even better.The view from the unit was simply unbeatable—waking up to the ocean every morning was a highlight. The remodel is tasteful and modern, and all of the hardware and appliances were high-end and in excellent condition. It’s clear that the owners take pride in offering a quality experience for their guests.Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed stay on the coast.

Amenities & views galore

The property had spectacular views of the beach and charming walking paths. It was also one of the most well-stocked properties I’ve rented. There was a stocked bar, high end bathroom fixtures and all the kitchen appliances needed to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful condo!

This is the best vrbo rental we have stayed at. The condo is so clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. It is located in a perfect spot in the resort, close to the beach path and Sanderlings restaurant. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the patio and a huge lawn for kids to play on. The beds are so comfortable. There is a nicely stocked bar, great products in the bathrooms and nice linens. The owner Anne is the absolute best host. She answered all of our questions, checked on us and was so accommodating during our entire stay. We could not have had a better stay and I'm already planning my next trip here! Thanks Anne!

Great views and amenities

We loved our stay at Anne’s condo by the beach. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We loved the views of the ocean, the pool and hot tub, and the soft and cozy beds. Thank for a great week!

Exceptional

We stayed for 5 nights and hated to go home. This is by far the best vacation home we have visited. We were amazed by the view the moment we walked through the door. Anne, our host, left a delicious fruit Torte for us along with a fully stocked bar. The condo was exceptionally clean and modern. Anne was easy to reach and very helpful. We tend to be high maintenance customers lol. I honestly can’t imagine a better place to stay

Excellent views, luxury amenities

We had a relaxing stay and loved sitting on the porches and watching whales on the bay! My family appreciated the board games, volleyball, heated and padded toilets seats, and the stocked bar. Our code did not work at check in, but the issue was fixed within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing family friendly condo

We had an amazing time. My husband couldn’t come with me because he had work with the heat. I went with 5 kids. It was such a great place. We will definitely book for next year. We rent alot of places and it was so clean and beautiful. We have a few rental places so I know how hard it is to make sure everything is clean and have everything they need. Easy check in. Anne gave me all the information days before check in. She was so great. Anything I needed I could text or call when I had questions. Anne put a fruit cake in the fridge for us and a full bar. I would recommend to stay here. Such a beautiful beach view. My kids played in front of the condo and rode scooters all over. Bonfires, beach, pools and so much more. And the last thing….it was so CLEAN! Thank you so much!!!

Best stay ever!

We've rented several condos @ Seascape Resort over the years, and this experience has been the best by far! We will definitely be staying again! The views of the beach were spectacular!

Girls Weekend

Exceptional girls weekend at this beautiful condo, thanks to Anne and her gorgeous unit! The location on the Seascape property couldn't be better with beautiful ocean views from both levels. Every detail was thought of with the furnishings and finishes and the condo was immaculate. Anne couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Truly one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at!

New Years Getaway

We had an amazing time at Anne’s condo! Communication was great. Check in was really easy. The condo is beautiful with views to die for! The kitchen and bar are well equipped with pretty much everything you’ll need throughout your stay. Restaurants and groceries are a short walk/ drive away. We had a memorable vacation and highly recommend Anne and the condo for any couples/ families looking for a quiet, peaceful and eventful break.

Best in Seascape

I've stayed in many units at Seascape in the past decade or so, this is by far the best / most beautiful. With the remodeling a few years ago many units became like drab corporate apartments; not this one. Upscale, tasteful designer furniture and decorations to the tiniest detail, fantastic drink bar (free!), luxury toiletries, bidets (Toto washlets) - not even luxury hotels have all this. Add to this Anne's responsiveness (she responds to texts within minutes), and of course the gorgeous ocean views. This is simply to place to be within Seascape.

Highly Recommend! Wonderful!

We've been coming to Seascape for 25+ years and this was hands down the nicest unit we've experienced. The unit was absolutely wonderful. Clean, updated and the location/view was exceptional. The owner was so kind and responsive. She touched base several times to make sure everything was going okay. I highly recommend and I look forward to our next stay.

Oasis on the coast

We loved the condo. It is modern and clean. The location right next to the ocean is unbeatable. The patio overlooking the ocean was a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine. Anne is a very responsive host. I highly recommend this spot to everyone.

Wonderful Weekend!

The check in process was quick and simple. The location is great and the condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable! The pictures do not fully reflect the beauty of the location or the condo. Anne checked in to see if there were any questions or if we needed anything. She was very responsive when we did have a question. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bedroom decor was very nice and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Stunning unit, amazing location, lovely host

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this unit is-the pictures don’t do it justice! The location in the resort is second to none. The views are unbeatable. It is very well appointed. Top it all off with the provisions provided by the hosts (really well stocked bar, quality toiletries, tons of games, etc) and you just can’t possibly have a better Seascape experience! Truly above and beyond expectations. I will forevermore choose this unit when planning a Seascape stay.

Quick getaway

The property was a great location for us to get to Santa Cruz and Capitola for the 2 days we stayed. Access to the beach was also very convenient, the space was perfect for us as well. Will definitely return.

Breathe of fresh air

Such a beautiful place. Perfect for our little family of 4. Layout was ideal with spacious kitchen and living area and plenty of games for our little guy. Bedrooms were spacious and the balconies offered great views of the ocean Location ideal walking distance to beach, playground and Seascape resort amenities. Great stay and highly recommend.

Fully Renovated Seascape Property

The owners did a fabulous job with their condo renovation. The place feels sparkly brand new. I communicated with the owner a handful of times and she was prompt to reply and very friendly. I traveled with my two girls (ages 10 and 8) and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for my needs. The location is perfect for sunset views and quick access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!
