This unit was in a perfect location and the unobstructed view was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The only downside was that the pool that this unit had access to was on the North side of the property (12 minute walk away) even thought the South side pool was a 30 second walk away. I'm not sure why this unit would have to walk so far away for the pool when you could actually see the South side pool from the unit.

The place perfect getaway was super quiet and relaxing, the place did the jjob, you could hear the ocean waves when you open the door open. Beautiful walk and great restaurants. I gave it four stars because the swimming pool connected with our suite was on the other side of the resort and I wish the villa had soft beds. But everything else was on point and so happy I got to experience the resort

The property was great. The views were amazing. Also it was very spacious for a two bedroom. However the property was on the far end of the resort area, and the small in town marketplace, guest pool and beach entrance were on the opposite end. Still, it was only a 10 or so minute walk and they provided a folding wagon to carry things. And, the walk was very scenic along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Great views. Great property compared to other similarly priced options. Overall a great stay!

We had a great stay. View of the ocean is fantastic and the resort had a nice flat hiking trail. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed.

The location is very great for the price. We were able to walk to the beach which was just 10 minute walk. Caramel by the sea is about an hour's drive away. The living room area converts into an entire room by itself with a separator which was great for the kids! I highly recommend this listing! The views from the unit are amazing!

Beautiful stay and family friendly. There's a nice little grass area right outside the sliding door and a park near by that my son enjoyed. The home itself was equipped with all things that we needed.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen. Felt like home. Great ocean views, quiet community: a great option for those who want privacy and relax from the bustle of the city. The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless. Plenty of parking space. We would rent this villa again, highly recommended!

Perfect spot!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 king size beds and a pull out sofa. The unit has lovely finishes and very nice appliances. Everything was very clean. The view is very nice. It’s right next to the heated pool and park playground. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect get away with friends. Location is right by the walking path and view is to die for. Condo is clean and updated. Love that each room has its own bathroom and the beds are large and comfortable. The built in cabinets are also a plus. Will definitely be booking, again. The property management is great about communication and check in and check out information.

My honorary sister and I were celebrating our sweet 60th birthdays with our spouses. We both have mobility issues. Being in this very clean, well-stocked, one story, lovely one story condo at Seascape Resort was perfect. We will be back.
Down the trail a bit from the condo and we were greeted by whales.

The location was amazing. Very close to pool and playground. The unit was very clean upon arrival. It was very spacious...seems to be one of the bigger units on the property. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and hard. We had trouble sleeping because of the discomfort. Also, the kitchen was not stocked with any spices, cooking oil, etc. There was only salt and pepper. We have stayed in many units at Seascape before and this one seemed to only provide the bare minimum. For the price, I expected more.

Wonderful Stay. We will return!

This ocean front property is a one story condo, great for mobility impaired as NO STAIRS and is newly decorated and updated with beautiful soft close kitchen, bath & wardrobe drawers and cabinet doors. Wonderful ambient lighting with many dimmer switches, gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs x3, beautiful stove, micro, full fridge, toaster oven. Beautiful place. Beautiful stay.

We had a great stay in the Premium Ocean Front Villa. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The communication was top notch and they even accommodated an early entry for our group. The one inconvenience was the pool/hot tub located outside the front door does not belong to this particular condo. You need to drive to the far North end pool. Everything else was fabulous but we will try to find a condo close to the pool/hot tub next time. Thank you!

The location was excellent. The property itself was very nice, comfortable bed and towels. Linens could be improved. Need to understand that you are not entitled to certain Seascape amenities when you rent thru another agency. The unit is updated and modern. The kitchen did not supply any basic items; salt, pepper, spices. And it could also use a baking dish and muffin pan.

Beautiful single floor unit, all appliances and furnishings were in great condition. Close to walking path, and lovely back patios. We loved this place, very spacious and comfortable, two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely sunsets.Things that could have been better:There were no mixing bowls in the kitchen.Coffee bar only had 4 packets of sugar.Dishwaser and washing machine pods need to be markedNo access to the pool unless you book direct with Seascape. There is another pool that can be used but it is on the other side of the property (10 minute walk or you can drive there). With all that said, we will be back!

What I liked about the unit is that is was spacious and had a great view. The beds were also comfy. There was plenty of seating as well. There were 5 of us in this unit and 3 in another. This unit was home base and served well for meals and just gathering, still without feeling like we were crowded. Would I stay there again, yes. I now know though that I would bring proper pans and other kitchen needs and cleaning supplies. It's a lacking a little in that department. Also, I think the cleaning crew needs some work. There was some type of oil in the drawer underneath the silverware drawer where the cooking utensils were stored. One of the toilets in the bathroom had a ring in the toilet bowl and there was dark matter of some kind on the back of the toilet seat. There was a long cob web in the living room hanging on the wall and the vacuum smelled bad when ran. Also, the fact that you have to go to the other side of the resort for a pool and a hot tub is kind an inconvenience when you can see a pool and hot tub from the front door of the unit. The property book in the house is outdated because it states that both north and south pools are available for use.

As advertised but lacking any quality entertainment. No smart T.V., very basic, unclear on which pool and spa was available for our use, and no agreement with shuttle service to and from the beach... Tried to access the facility while we were under contract to do maintenace and construction, thought that was quite unusal and the request was declined by us for security reasons, explained to them that I was with the Department of Defense and there would be no access granted while we were under contract...

The listing said property was near pool but was updated when we were there after we complained. The pool is VERY far and you have to drive it. There isn't even a toilet by the pool and the pool was not heated or clean. Overall you pay resort prices for non resort experience where you have no housekeeping, no access to any front deak/ buggy (to and from beach is a uphill. Not recommended with young kids). Overall the folks on site clearly dont like that the property is managed by powerwest/ outside resort and as such tell you that. The property manager didn't even bother to respond for days and she only did when I complained to vrbo. The bathroom faucet was broken and my child literally had scalding hot water. While they fixed it, it is clear it took a lot of escalating and complaining to get things done. Generally wifi ia poor and not secure and I needed to keep messaging and pushing to get any help. I wish I didn't have to write this review and we were really really looking forward to a good trip and the unit is nice (there is a glass wall and as such a bit dangerous for kids) and the kitchen has old nonstick and not enough supplies to support anything. Before the trip they asked us to pack our own peeler and couldn't answer about knives and cutting boards even. If service is improved and host has empathy for guests it can be a good stay but unfortunately we didn't experience that.

Excellent place to stay. Huge space with room for everyone. Only confusion we had was which pool we had access to. Seascape workers were more than happy to take us to the correct pool and the walk back was not far. Definitely will book again!

Perfect mini vacation!

This was our second stay at this property and it was fantastic, again! The unit’s location is great for our young kids - easy access to the back lawn and close proximity to the local park/playground. The unit is well equipped with all things needed to make a vacation easy and fun! Will definitely be returning!
