Your fully furnished cottage with On-site parking, equipped with A/C, W/D, Integrated sound system to a smart phone, walk in shower for two, smart TV, Cable and free Wi-Fi is just a short five minute walk to beautiful Kailua Beach, a two mile stretch of sparkling white sand and turquoises waters. Adjoining Lanikai beach is just a couple more minutes walk away. Both have been rated among the best beaches in the USA.
Some of Oahu's best hiking trails are also in close proximity to our location.












Swim with the green sea turtles. Kayak or sail to one of the secluded offshore islands to enjoy the best Hawaii has to offer.

Great spot with short walk to beach

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! A very short walk to the Kailua Beach or bike ride to Lanikai Beach. The area is great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Rick and Nancy were very helpful and friendly!

Relaxing in Kailua

Our stay in Kailua was excellent. The lovely setting and accommodations were perfect. My only suggestion was to add another reading light to the other side of the bed. Our host was helpful with suggestions and pleasant to chat with. Great place!

Everything that you need is here! Its about 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from downtown, all easy walks. Location is fabulous. And coming home to this lovely place is heavenly.

Really great vacation rental!

The hosts were extremely friendly. My wife and I felt welcome right away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The fenced yard is tranquil and beautiful. The apartment itself is like a luxury hotel room with a full kitchen (very well constructed). Very clean and well prepared for cooking. Shower was great. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Thanks for the stay!

Absolutely incredible rental šŸŒ“

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and had an incredible experience. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the owners were so generous with all the features and equipment they offer. Kailua beach is just quick hop away from property, and it's equally close to shopping and excellent local dining options. Rick and Nancy were very accommodating and and gracious during our stay. 6 out of 5 stars! We highly recommend booking your stay here, and definitely plan on staying here again when we return to paradise!

Kailua's key to a perfect vacation!

We had an amazing stay in Kailua. We loved the area that had a beautiful beach nearby (walking distance), many shopping and food options with a small town feel, and very responsive and helpful hosts. Driving to all the other attractions on the island were only 30 minutes to an hour away. The lanai was a favorite spot to sit and relax enjoying the plumeria and other beautiful plants and birds. Rick and Nancy provided beach chairs, bicycles, cooler, and a grill in addition to a well furnished home in paradise! If we get to return to Oahu, we would definitely stay at one of Rick's homes! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Easy place to stay

Nancy and Rick's place was very clean and well-stocked. The appliances are clean and new - including the shared high end washer-dryer. It was even more private than we anticipated - during our week there we barely noticed that other people were in the vicinity. The place is an easy walk (maybe equal to 3 east coast beach blocks) to the beach or to food and grocery in town. If you use their bikes, it is even easier. We made a few trips into Honolulu and around the island for hiking and we thought that this apartment was perfectly located for exploring. We used their beach chairs every day - Kailua beach is the best beach we've ever visited. We are city people and didn't really notice the traffic on Kailua Road - it is a slow speed road and is lightly traveled outside of beach times. I would recommend Nancy and Rick's place - and their advice about Oahu - to anyone without reservation. Thanks for offering such a comfortable and easy place to stay. I sure hope we see you again next year!

Clean, quiet and perfect location. Wonderful hosts.

Wonderful visit that my wife and I will always remember fondly. Nancy, Rick and children were extremely helpful and by the end of our stay I would consider them friends. The place is perfectly situated between town and Kailua Beach. Walking distance if you want. Buzz's steakhouse is a must visit. One of the the most convenient things about the place is you have your own parking spot. The studio is well stocked with a full kitchen and for us the shower was a dream. Very comfortable bed, great TV and sound system. Nice patio in front to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I could go on forever but I will end by saying if you are looking for a clean, quiet and perfect spot with great hosts who will respond to any questions and make your stay memorable you will not find better place.

great trip

We visited Kialua in Jan'.'22 for 6 weeks. Visited family, son and his wife. Great trip. lovely town . Beautiful area. great beach at Kailua. Ricky and Nancy are great and their sons too! villa was exactly what we excepted from pictures. Everything is a short walk. several very good carry out places close bye warm donuts in the morning from Donut King, dinner at Buzz 's steakhouse, visiting the marketplace for sandwiches .Kualou Ranch (zip lining) was great ... what an adventure! plyeda lo of golf , visited the entire island. saw 30' waves on the north shore ( rick's advise) thank Rick and Nancy for all you did... We will return in the future!

Amazing place to stay

We had great experience, everything was nice and clean. Beautiful outdoor sitting area to enjoy coffee and feel you are in paradise. Close to the ( kite) beach and shopping center. Great value, location and peace

Complete amenities, equal distance from town and beach. Nice property with 2 cabanas besides the main house. Everything you need for a great visit to Kailua and overall, economical! Very clean (not just Covid clean, but everything about the studio is very nice) and a complete kitchen, sitting area, bath and such along with great hosts. I'm guessing we will be back!

Rick and Nancy have established a very nice rental unit and did not compromise on quality as this would be a reflection of their own high standards. The only thing was when you click on VBRO for directions it say 150 meters from the beach and as it turns out that distance is not correct. This may not be an issue as it puts you an equal balance from town center and the beach but just to be aware. Rick and Nancy are very quick to fix any issues. Would book again to complete more hikes and exploring.

Beautiful and Friendly Cottages in Kailua, Hawaii

Rick and Nancy provide a wonderful experience at their Kailua vacation cottages - the location is beautiful (just a short walk to either the beach or downtown Kailua), the cottages are tastefully furnished (with a full kitchen!) for both the short or long visit, and the hosts themselves are friendly and helpful. Everything you could want for a quiet beach getaway is available at Rick and Nancy's cottages - I could not have found a better place to stay.

Amazing room, great location, and friendly owners!

Nancy and Rick went above and beyond making our stay fantastic. The studio was very comfortable, and the full kitchen helped. There were buggy boards available for us to use, plus chairs. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes, which made life easier not having to find parking at the beach. Would highly recommend this studio for its location and the friendliness of the owners, Rick, and Nancy.

Awesome home and location

My husband, daughter, son and I recently stayed at Rick and Nancy's home last week and we had a great time! Rick was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed our time and definitely would recommend all of our family and friends to stay here too.

Excellent stay on Oahu

Rick and Nancy were gracious and accommodating hosts for my wife, my 9yo daughter and myself. The place exceeded all of our expectations. The fit and finish of the residence were superior to what the pictures might suggest. Yes, a seperate bedroom might have been nice, but I still feel that we were fortunate to have chosen this place. The location was a pleasant 8 minute walk to the most amazing beach. I don't recommend places easily but for this place I simply must.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Rick & Nancy are pros. They know Kailua town and have everything you need for a great stay. Their property is in a terrific location close to town and the beach; easily walkable to all the major attractions. Their unit was clean and comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. If you're looking for a hassle-free vacation in Kailua, then Rick & Nancy will take care of you. Hard to go wrong here. I'll be back!

It is Brand New with everything a cute and comfortable cottage should have. Onsite parking, A/C and a lovely lanai with mountain views. It is in a PERFECT location to enjoy so much that Kailua has to offer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Our cottage has a huge lanai, with a front yard all your own capturing the balmy trade winds, sunrises and sounds of birds to awake your senses. It is bright and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. After a hot day at the beach, you can come home to air conditioning to cool off and more importantly get a good nights sleep.
