Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living & entertainment
Two separate living areas give a group of ten room to settle in without crowding each other out. The main living room is anchored by a 55-inch HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and standard cable - more than enough for a relaxed evening in. A second family room connects directly to the patio, making it easy to move between inside and out. The game room takes things up a notch with arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life-size games all in one dedicated space. For anyone who needs to catch up on work or stay connected, a dedicated workspace sits in a private room with its own door, with both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites each come with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - one of them opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The fourth is a Toy Story-themed room fitted with two single beds, designed with younger guests in mind. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room brings total capacity to 10 guests across the four bedrooms.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. Appliances include an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. Coffee is provided to start the morning off right. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all stocked and ready. A dining table comfortably seats the whole group.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are open year-round, available 24 hours a day, and come with pool toys included. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area complete the space, while the private gas BBQ grill is on hand whenever you want to cook outside. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Please note that the backyard is open and not fully fenced.
 
Family-friendly features
Families with younger guests are well looked after throughout. A children's playroom and an outdoor playground give kids their own spaces to explore and play. For the smallest guests, a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, and standalone high chair are always available, along with children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.
 
Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers, and hot water. Cleaning products, essentials, and extra towels are also provided throughout the villa.

Positioned in the Orlando Area, the villa puts Florida's biggest theme parks within easy reach - Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Universal EPIC Universe, and SeaWorld are all nearby. Free resort access gives guests use of a shared gym and lake access, rounding out the options for any day when a park isn't on the agenda.
 
Practical details
The villa is pet-friendly and well suited to longer stays. Four driveway parking spaces are available at no charge, with free street parking also on hand. Self check-in is handled via smart lock. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces. An in-unit washer and dryer are included for convenience.
 

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
