A casa é excelente! Eu e minha família adoramos e pretendemos voltar mais vezes.
A casa é muito bem feita e decorada. Como tem 3 pisos, tem até elevador para a locomoção. Piscina aquecida, e tudo mais. Os proprietários são simpáticos e sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Recomendamos para todos que queiram ir a Miami e ficarem bem hospedados.
Certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar nesta casa outras vezes.

NO Air Conditioning & Elevator broken
I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next day. This was the beginning of a chain of events that spanned our entire trip – everyday it was new AC guys or handymen saying this & that was wrong with the system. They finally diagnosed, new AC handlers were needed & because Shawn didn’t change them when he changed the compressors it fried one of the new compressors. It was inconvenient having people in the house every day, especially for my son who works remotely & had to sit in an 80+ degree house while workers were coming in & out. All of this & it never got fixed for the entirety of our stay, same thing with the elevator. Owner told me he felt bad for the experience & wanted to make it right. He offered us a free stay at the property in the future.I asked for 2 of our 7 day stay to be refunded which he initially refused then agreed to refund 2 1/2 days via Zelle BUT never did. This went on for over a week with different excuses & I felt like it was a stall tactic to prevent me from leaving a review. It’s very unfortunate.

Lots of issues
The house could be nice but unfortunately the owner is not involved in the overseeing of the house and as a result we had constant issues to deal with.
We were at the house for 5 weeks.
-The first week there was no internet.
-Then starting the 2nd week the pool heater broke and wasn’t fixed until the day we left, 4 weeks later.
-The pool umbrella was already broken when we arrived and no one came to replace it with a new one in spite of our requests.
- None of the three bedroom TVs worked
- The kitchen wasn’t stacked properly: there were only 2 wine glasses for a 6ppl house, there were no salad plates …and so on. We had to go to Home Goods when we arrived to buy a number of items
- of note: THE BEDROOM BLINDS ARE SHEER (and one of them was broken). This means that the sun comes through extremely early. If you’re a late sleeper forget it!
- we were supposed to have two cleanings included, but the cleaning lady only came once (and when she was there she didn’t want to clean the sheets!)
The issue with the property is that the owner is out of state and has no idea what’s going on in the house.
After we left, we repeatedly asked the owner to contact us to come to some resolution on what would be a small gesture to compensate us for all the above that went wrong. Of course he went MIA.
