Admire stunning and unbeatable 22nd-floor views from this incredible condo! This retreat is not to be compared to others; it has not one but three full balconies. Enjoy fabulous sunrises from the oceanfront balconies and dramatic sunsets from the bayside balcony. This delightful home boasts 1,188 square feet of oceanfront living with comfortable seating in a large living room as well as a game table and separate dining area. Nothing beats the convenience of having your own washer/dryer combo on-site for your laundry needs. Now you can pack as light as you would like. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen and all of its stainless steel appliances will have your back. When you book this dreamy beach abode, you and your guests will be granted access to a shared heated indoor pool, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining areas.

Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Please be aware that the bayside balcony will be closed during this time period. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Winter visit

Very happy with the property. Loved having the two stories. Views were beautiful. Thermostat was a bit challenging at times, and the kitchen was a little cramped for four people. But those few things were minor and didnā€™t prevent us from having a wonderful time!

Nice building

The building was clean with a nice lobby. The room had 2 beautiful views. Elevators were fast being on the 22nd floor. Pool was warm and clean as well. Lots to do in the area with children. Lots of college kids in the summer but if you go to the boardwalk early its still pretty family friendly. Overall we had a great stay

Nice building, unique floor plan

This unit has a unique floorplan, the 3 balconies and views were just stunning and allows you to take advantage of both ocean and sound views. Unit overall was clean and compfortable. I would recommend the living room furniture get a good cleaning but outside of that, it was great. Kitchen cabinets need some minor repair as well, but didn't impact our stay or enjoyment of the unit.

The view was great. Great location, easy parking and access to out room with our bags. Really liked how modern the condo was BUT there was a dirty diaper in the master bedroom, not enough toilet paper provided and the PIN number was not changed from the prior renters. We found their welcome card and had the same pin code as ours. The tv was stuck on one channel and remotes did not work. More larger towels would have been nice.

3rd year at Century

This will be our 3rd year at Century, we love the location and facilities. This year we did choose to go with a different unit than the past 2 years. This one did have some minor issues compared to our prior stays. If I had any cons to list, they would be the upstairs tub drained extremely slow/clogged, the showerheads were too big for the tub and spraying outside of the tub, both bathrooms the mirrors were all scratched up so, you could not see clearly, the drawers in the kitchen were off balance and peeling paint, also, both ceilings in the bathrooms had peeling paint/spackle. The pros are definitely the cleanliness, the 3rd walk out balcony and location with the beachfront access. We'll be back next year, maybe just try another unit.

It was okay

The condo had a nice view of the ocean, both from the living room and the master bedroom, so that was very nice. They had advertised the cost to be $120 per night off season, but the final charge was really $236/ night. The cleaning services were okay, I cleaned up thick dust under some tables and it was quite dusty under the bed. The bed was very comfortable, though. Nice family room and you had a view of the bay from the other room that had twin beds, Nice collection of DVDs for a rainy day.. Check in process was easy and professional, although a bit impersonal once you checked in. You communicate with a stranger via text. I would recommmend a small table be put out on the patio, as they only had chairs . They had a nice sauna on the ground floor. If you absolutely love Ocean City, I would recommend it. But I personally don't find the beach as pretty as more rugged beaches and am not a fan of the boardwalk. It was more of a stopover for us, not a destination. We did go to The Spain Bar which was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect Home Away From Home

The condo through Vacasa was very nice and incredibly clean. They had a little kit with TP, PT, garbage bags/kitchen bags, 3 washing machine detergent pods, 3 dishwashing pacs, a little container of dish detergent, and little containers of soap for the bathrooms which saved us from having to bring or buy those things the day we arrived. Everything was provided ahead of time regarding door codes, etc so there were no surprises and check-in was a breeze. We did need to check-in with the building office for a parking paper to put on our dashboard and to pay the $30 fee but it only took a few minutes. Check out was online which we loved. There was a paper provided with all the information regarding codes for the pool, etc. With balconies facing the bay and the ocean, the views couldnā€™t be beat and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We also liked that the linens and towels were included in the condo. Our youngest slept on the pullout couch and they had extra linens for that as well. Our only suggestion would be more/better pillows for the beds. Our children loved being able to walk out directly onto the beach and not having to drive or walk. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Bay views & Ocean views were lovely

Nicely decorated, clean, lovely views but the unit could use a few upgrades. Kitchen cabinets shows wear n tear and bathrooms could be updated. The 22nd floor gave spectacular views as long as you aren't afraid of heights. We were a little surprised the entrance to this unit took us to the second floor. As you enter the unit the door is very close to the stairway. This made bringing in the luggage cart very tricky so not to fall down stairs. Spacious bedroom was on the second floor with lovely walk out deck. Nice to have screens to gain fresh air. We reported a few issues to include a kitchen drawl off track, both bathroom sinks had very slow drains, and the hot water ran out if two people took a shower. The furniture appeared clean and the "hostess package" of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies etc was a nice touch. The direct tv plan ended the day of check out, so we could not have breakfast while watching television before we checked out at 10 am. I suggest not turning off tv privileges until after required check out. All in all, this was a nice visit however personally I would not stay on the 22nd floor again. I think the IN CASE OF FIRE notice posted stating if we could not exit the unit safely then to go the balcony and wait for help to arrive. I would stay in the Century I building just on lower floor

Horrible Stay

The building location is great- right off the beach and across from grocery store. The unit has been upgraded and looks great. Unfortunately there was not hot water- after a long day of travel we were unable to take a hot shower. I called the number for Vacasa and was told someone would contact me to let me know when they would come to fix it. No call that night. I called again in the morning and was told the same thing- no call back. I called again the following day and was told the same thing. We were there Sunday- Wednesday with no hot water. No call from anyone and no follow up. Of course as everything is paid in full up front there is no recourse. The other issue is that all channels with an R ratings are blocked. I totally understand blocking purchases - but there were several movies and tv shows unavailable- this made for a very boring evening that we were stuck inside because of the thunderstorm. We were stuck with the news and the shopping network. When on vacation the expectation is that I am able to relax and enjoy just doing whatever I find relaxing- this definitely was not it.

Location great/Condo fair

Location was great with a lot to do in the area. We had issues unlocking the door at check in.We were told to call Vacasa. We did, but they werenā€™t helpful.We figured it out ourselves.When we got inside there were several things we noticed that werenā€™t up to par.The garbage disposal didnā€™t work, there was a broken kitchen drawer, curtains in the living room were falling down on one side, the sliding door handle in the upstairs bedroom was broken, there was a crack in the upstairs shower panel, bathroom mirror was very scratched and the downstairs bathroom door wonā€™t latch.You can hear the elevator all night in the downstairs bedroom.The living room furniture could use a good cleaning.At check out they have you put the sheets from all the beds in a laundry bag but leave blankets and pillows.I question how frequently theyā€™re laundered.There were items left by the previous renters under the beds and behind dressers, that were very obvious to see.Needs cleaned better.The layout is odd with the main entrance upstairs and the actual living/kitchen/dining areas downstairs.The bathroom that has the tub and shower (with the sink area outside that), is very small.Was fine for us but if you had small children to bathe, it might be a challenge.I didnā€™t notice on the virtual tour that the one exit was upstairs.(My fault.)Wasnā€™t comfortable with that so I stayed downstairs with my young granddaughter at night.Probably would not stay in this unit again.Lots of extra fees added with Vacasa.
