Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

The region is famous for golf. Outlet 192 is 5 miles from Terra Verde Resort. Orlando International Airport is 20 miles from the property.

Maximize your experience by indulging in a refreshing swim in your exclusive pool. On the first floor, you will find two spacious living areas, one of which is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials.

Unwind in any of the bedrooms, each furnished with a TV for your entertainment.

To help you stay organized, here are the bed configurations for each bedroom.

Bedroom 1 boasts a luxurious king bed with a private bathroom, while bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed. The remaining two bedrooms each have two cozy single beds.

Please note that in accordance with Terra Verde Resort HOA regulations, guests are required to purchase a $25 gate card per vehicle upon arrival, which is non-refundable.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

- BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

- Pool heating: Enjoy the perfect pool and hot tub temperature for just US$35 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

This residence comes equipped with a two-car driveway.

Note that Terra Verde Resort HOA requirement: Upon check-in, guests must purchase a $25 non-refundable gate card for each vehicle entering the community.

Please be advised that every Monday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the pool maintenance company will be on the property to balance the chemical levels in the pool. During this period, the pool will be unavailable for use and may only be accessed three hours after the maintenance is completed. This service is conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your guests.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
