Enjoy an additional lanai and a spacious condo

Paki Maui 104 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a well equipped kitchen. Please note, there is no oven. The master bedroom features majestic ocean views and access to the bedroom's lanai. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Location, unit, and ocean view were well represented by the listing and we enjoyed our stay. Appreciated beach towels and cooler provided for use. Saw sea turtles and whales from the lanai and enjoyed sleeping to the sound of waves. Downside was multiple leaks, one in bathroom and one in kitchen. Not the owners fault but was disappointed that no compensation provided for the loss of one shower and dishwasher for half our stay. One shower for 5 adults was very inconvenient and not in line with thr cost of the unit.

I’m very sorry about the bathroom and kitchen leaks and the inconvenience of only one working shower for part of your stay — that falls short of the experience we aim to provide. Our maintenance team was notified and addressed the issues during your visit, and we’ve followed up with the owner to prevent this from happening again. Condo was spacious and just steps to the water. Convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Management company was responsive. We paid for a late checkout. Outdoor patio was wonderful... at night you hear the waves crashing. Amazing view. It was a stepless entry, however, the unit is in the center of community, so involved a short walk. Would recommend! Had all the comforts of home.

The two oceanfront lanais made for gorgeous views and plenty of outdoor space. The condo was comfortable with adequate linens, fully stocked kitchen, and useful beach equipment. Unfortunately the complex hot tub was under repair so we could not enjoy this amenity. The property management company made us aware of this situation.

Beautiful spot on the water. We watched whales every morning. It worked perfectly for our family.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and comfortable, the view from both Lanai’s was beautiful, and it was lovely to have two bathrooms. Kitchen was small but efficient, with basic supplies available. I especially appreciated the laundry pods provided. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

Perfect Stay

The condo was as advertised! Steps to the beach in a quiet complex. Visited in December 2023 and wildlife galore, humpback whales and their calf's, turtles, monk seals, and snorkeling as good as anywhere we went on the island. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful West Maui ocean view

As described. View is unbeatable. 2 lanai’s. First floor. Very practical & comfortable for family of 4 with 2 teens. Lots of communication to assure you have everything & are settled.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maki Maui. It did get a little hot at times and the fans weren't enough so an air conditioning unit would probably be good. But we really liked our accommodations and the area!

Decent beach

The condo has a good layout, but the kitchen is tiny. The property management was slow to respond to a problem with the bathroom sink. There were very few towels in the unit. Overall, it’s OK-comfortable enough.

Amazing view - NO A/C!

Incredible views over the pacific. Clean and spacious accommodation. The only downside was no air conditioning. With the heat and humidity, this was a significant disappointment.

Excellent Place to Stay

The condo was just as described in the listing. The rooms were clean and perfect for our family of 4. 2 beds in the guest room were great for our teenage children. Hard to find a better view anywhere in the area. We could see whales anytime we looked out at the ocean. The little beach next to the resort has Sea Turtles and we could even see them from the patio when they made there way down the shore. There were plenty of dining options in the area. Be aware that there is no AC in the unit and if you come from a dry climate it can feel a little stuffy during the day. There are plenty of fans in the unit to keep the air moving. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the place

We love the place. It's perfect location to have a front view of the ocean. There are only couple of things we'd like to change. First is the sofa, it needs to be re upholstered. Second, the Bathroom fixtures needs to be updated and the shower faucets needs to be replaced to newer easier control And the tub has to go. Third, is the carpet. It needs to be replaced with same tiles as the living room or change the whole flooring. No more carpets. Other than that the place is perfect!!👍 We will book it again when we go back to Maui! 😊

Almost paradise

Lovely unit - Paki Maui 104 - beautiful weather including rain and lots of rainbows! Lots of whales were seen from the balconies. MyPerfectStays had decent communication with us when needed. However, one screen door could not be fixed until parts were ordered. The worst part is the king bed mattress. We rolled into the middle and sleep was awful. MyPerfectStays sent a team member who deemed it just a "soft" bed, thus, personal preference for sleep. Yet upon packing up to leave we looked under the bed and saw that the middle of the mattress was almost touching the floor! No wonder sleeping was awful. So sad about that part but the rest was the beautiful Maui we remembered.

Paki Maui 104 and My Perfect Stays

Booked with My Perfect Stays and would absolutely do it again. Their communication was awesome. Answered every question quickly before the trip and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. The Concierge service was also helpful for answering questions and providing guidance. Unit #104 was perfect for our party of four adults. First floor, water front unit with beautiful views, sunsets and easy access to the lawn area, sand at low tide and water for snorkeling. Kitchen was well equipped, the starter items of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. were perfect. The unit also had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach umbrellas, clothes drying rack, two T.V.s and more. It was really well equipped at no extra charge. Free parking was really nice and we always had a spot regardless of time. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a 10-15 min. drive from Lahaina and the north beaches. Highly recommend this complex, Unit 104 and My Perfect Stays for booking. Our trip could not have been better. Thank you Ginger, Kai and everyone at My Perfect Stays!

Here's the Pros and Cons of this unit: Pros: - View - Close to some of our preferred food locations Cons: - Hard to sleep: We are beach people BUT the unit is on the first floor and the waves crash loud enough to take away from a relaxing sleep. We love the sounds of the ocean but not this loud. - NO A/C: No a/c means you have to keep the doors open at all times or it gets HOT in this unit. Down side is the comment above. - Roaches: Had to kill Roaches. I understand these islands have bugs but sucks when you have to watch where you walk at night or food in the kitchen. - Master Bed: the left side of the bed has damaged coils so you sink into the bed making it difficult to get comfortable. My wife is 110lbs and she even sank in this dip. Needs a new mattress. - Ceiling Fans Loose: the living room fan needs to be turned on high due to the lack of A/C but it wobbles to where we thought it would fall off. Could have been a better experience with some changes like A/C so we can drown out some of the noise by closing doors even partially. A comfortable mattress would have definitely helped in the sleeping process and keeping up with the pest control is a must. Simple items that make a big difference especially when paying good money on a vacation.

Very Nice.

Unit located right on the ocean...Great view towards Moloka'i and Lana'i. Parking was sufficient. Interior was clean and comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Unit is next to a nice beach. Groceries, etc. within walking distance. Easy access to highway to get to Lahaina. We saw whales in the channel from the balcony. Had a fantastic time.

Great quiet location

We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend. It was nice not being in the busier/crowded part of Maui. Parking was super easy. Nice coffee shop and a little market across the street. The view was amazing! Management was always available and helpful.
