Located down a private drive on beautiful Manasota Key, this beachfront home property is on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This six bedroom, three bathroom home has plenty of space for a family or two to enjoy the courtyard heated pool and spa, surrounded by the lush
native Florida landscape.

The large fully-equipped kitchen with island is adjacent to the family room (sectional has a sleep sofa) and outdoor dining on the beach-side patio

A few steps from the patio is a waterfront deck with stairs down to the beautiful Manasota Key Beach, which is a private beach that has clear green-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Miles of beach for walking and collecting shells, swimming, playing in the sand or fishing from the beach which is only a few steps from the house.

The large combination living, dining room, and wet bar area is perfect for entertaining and gathering!

Off of the kitchen there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with two twin beds with a bathroom in between.

Upstairs master suite has two walk-in closets with Gulf view, and another Queen bedroom/office with built-in shelving and view of the Gulf with balconies.

There is plenty of parking with the detached two-car garage, and driveway.

Manasota Key is not far from four major airports: Tampa (TPA), Sarasota (SRQ), Clearwater (PIE), and Fort Myers (RSW).

The island location is close to fine and casual dining, beach bars and entertainment, and only a short distance to the mainland where you will find all your shopping needs.

The outdoor deck or pool area is the perfect spot to enjoy your first cup of coffee to starts the day. In the early evening walk down to the beach with a glass of wine or cocktail to watch the beautiful sunsets.

When you are staying on this beautiful island property you are enjoying a comfortable serene and private beach get-away!

Beach house

Had a wonderful stay with family. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, the house was very roomy , loved the outdoor deck to have coffee in the morning and Stunning sunsets! Definitely would stay again!

Great house and great location. Several restraunts within a 5-10 minute drive. Private beach 50 feet from the back of the house. Nice pool and hot tub as well. We enjoyed it!

Englewood Beach Vacation

Plenty of beach towels, it has coffee maker and toaster oven but for extras in the kitchen there was hardly enough, had to wash dishes each meal. Luckily we had family staying in places close by that had all the kitchen gadgets we needed! The house was perfect for a place to get together and beach and pool time!

Kara, Thank you for your review, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything anyone would need for a vacation, we are very confused by this statement. We are also confused that you are saying you had to wash dishes each meal, there is a dishwasher in the house! We do not understand your review about our kitchen at all. Lots of laughter!!

We had a great time in Manasota Key! The house was as described, Andrew was very responsive! The beach was amazing, the sunset views are the best I’ve seen so far. Great location! The linens could use some updating and we definitely could have used more towels.

This well-appointed home has everything you need for a memorable week! The pool/hot tub was a hit, the beach was perfect, lots of room to spread out, and a dream kitchen! The bar fridge was an unexpected bonus!! We are a family of cooks, and the extra fridge was great!

Great location and awesome house

It is exactly how it is described on the listing and more. Right on the beach and pool in the front yard with almost all the amenities needed. If I have to say anything constructive, it will be about lighting in the bed rooms (no lights on the ceiling, small table lamps) and some detailed instructions on using the pool remote will be awesome.

Perfect gateway

We wanted to get away for my mothers 81st Birthday and this was the prefect choice for a beach gateway. The house is big enough for for a family of eight. It is very peaceful and loved that the beach is right there. We hope we can come back soon. Thank you Andrew.

Family Beach Vacation

What a wonderful stay our family had at this beautiful beach house. Right on a fantastic beach with a swimming pool, large house had plenty of room for everyone. We grilled out on the patio, overlooking the beach. Collected seashells, watched the sunset with beautiful colors. Our host Andrew was great. Also a great cleaning lady, Shelly. We hated to leave. But are already making plans for another stay.

Beach getaway

The home was neat and clean , with a wonderful view ! We had a geat time at the beach and the pool . The only complaint that we have is the flower bed around the pool was full of weeds . Other wise everything was wonderful .

The home was spacious. Had all that we needed. Enjoyed being able to go right into the beach. Option of the pool was nice. The trees out next to the beach and deck needs to be trimmed so that space is used more. The grass next to the back patio could use some trimming to so we could see the beach.

better than expected

Andrew was the property manager. He helped make our stay so special. I want to send a special blessing his way. He took care of everything we needed and was helpful with every question we had. This home is spacious and beautiful. If you are looking for a home share with your most precious loved ones, this is the place.

Improvements Needed

I could not get the dishwasher to work, therefore the dishes did not get cleaned. There was no hair dryer. May I suggest trimming the grass in the back so that the ocean is visible from inside. Also, have a rake accessible to clean the beach area from dried seaweed and such. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Beautiful home, and location- that has it all. the lay out of the house is perfect, the beach is directly behind a large deck, the brick walk ways are quaint, the pool area is clean and relaxing, listening to the ocean waves -amazing- a morning swim to wake up to is so relaxing. a night beach swim is healing , the outdoor patio and griiling area was a joy for my husband -we played cornhole on the beach everyone is so happy. my son and GF walked to the shops for souvenirs. oh and the turtle patrol came in the am the a turtle laid some eggs ( once in 30 years) WOW thank you Andrew for helping me and I like to suggest to all to print out your instruction sheet with all passcodes etc ASAP ;)

We are not even sure what you are talking about with regards to before next rental and not at end of the rental season as this property is professionally cleaned and maintained after every single stay. Beautiful Home!

My wife and i decided to leave the cold and spend a couple of weeks in the Sunshine State. We wanted a beautiful home on the water. This home met that requirement. Great location. Private. Clean. Overall great house. Although we had some initial issues with the Spa, Andrew was responsive and helped resolve the issue timely. The ONLY real issue we had was the Mattress and Pillows. We only used the Master Bedroom but both the mattress and pillows were subpar for the level of home. Mattress was hard and the pillows were low quality. Again, i want to emphasize, this IS a beautiful home and a great location. Improve the bedding and it's a 5 Star!!!

A house on the beach

Hard to find property in main road as driveway is not paved. Property is gated in front. Property is older home with plenty of areas to renovate and replace. Expected more modern appliances and newer more comfortable beds for price per night we paid. Cockroaches were noted on kitchen cabinets so learned hard way not to leave pizza box with pizza on counter at room temperature. Lizards were in upstairs room on carpets and downstairs, some dried up. Enjoyed a close stay to beach with direct access to sand in backyard but I was expecting more bang for the buck with this rental.

Kitchen - 3 bar stools have holes - Fan missing blade - Super small trash can Bar - ice machine broken Pool - not cleaned - Beach balls floating with algae growing on them TV and Stereo - no directions, stereo must be on to turn TV on but remote was missing 1 battery - 3 of 5 speakers had positive wire disconnected - High pitch whine when stereo turned on Upstairs bedroom - partial conversion from study or office to bedroom but not complete General - Many lights burnt out - Few towels Family room - blinds for walkout sliders was missing, found it in a corner Outdoor furniture - PVC furniture terribly uncomfortable - No furniture on upstairs deck - Landscape needs work, weeds throughout paver area and path to beach deck - Deck gate needs to be rehung, it’s loose and drags across deck Bathrooms - Dated but functional GOOD - TV and surround sound once operational - Awesome view - Nice beach - Private with few people on beach - Bar fridge - Decent value for the money

We say that because it looks like you were actively looking for things to add to a list and complain about. All the items you mentioned have no merit on our property.
