This ski-in ski-out, new (built 2009/completely refurnished 2023) 4 bedroom + loft/4.5 bath 3000+ square foot condo is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort in Park City, UT and offers spectacular amenities. Amenities include one wood burning and one gas fireplace, a flat screen HDTV in each bedroom, private one-car garage (plus two dedicated outdoor parking spots), heated driveway, gas grill on a private patio, washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, Private 6-person hot tub, ski boot dryer and wireless Internet. Additionally, rental of this property includes the use of The Grand Summit Hotel's outdoor heated pool, spa, health club, and parking garage. This unit is beautifully decorated and furnished. THE SKI SLOPE IS 8 STEPS OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. SKI DIRECTLY TO RED PINE GONDOLA, SUNRISE CHAIRLIFT or the HEATED ORANGE BUBBLE LIFT and back to the front door!

The Master-Suite is located on the second floor and offers a luxurious king size bed, along with a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen HDTV, and a private master bath - featuring a Jacuzzi style bathtub, his and hers sinks, a steam shower, and a walk-in closet. Located just up a half flight of stairs is the second master bedroom, also featuring a king size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a private bathroom. The loft is located on the fourth level and contains a pull-out couch and a study area with a computer, printer, and wireless internet. The third bedroom is ideal for children's needs, containing a twin/full bunk bed and a full bed, a children's play area, a flat screen HDTV, and a private bath with a walk in closet. Bedroom number four offers a queen size bed, windows with spectacular views of the mountain, a flat screen HDTV, and a double entry lock-out bathroom - which contains his and hers sinks and a slated shower/bath.

This house was perfect for our family ski trip. It’s in an excellent location & the house itself is gorgeous. It’s very well stocked with everything you don’t want to pack (towels, soaps, paper products). Joel is an awesome host & was very responsive when we had questions.

Amazing stay

The place is beautiful and well-stocked with everything you might need. So much space! The location is amazing, although just a heads up that beginner skiers may not be able to ski-in. We will definitely look up this place again if our group visits Park City again!

The property was very nice. We used is for snow skiing durning spring break and it was truly ski in and ski out. Joel had great communication and check in and out process was easy. We will definitely stay here again. We had a great time

Excellent ski in ski out

We just had an amazing vacation at this property. We had three families with 12 people total. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location of the property was amazing as they could ski right out the door down to the lift. the property manager was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. I I would highly recommend this property!

Great location to ski on/off. Family really enjoyed the house. Lots of room and the 2 sets of bunk beds are great for kids. Joel was very helpful and responsive on a minor issue ( shade broken). Would recommend to anyone looking for a great house and the best location Would come back

Our stay

Joel’s place was great. It’s true ski on/off for those looking for access to the Canyons side of Park City. Condo has nice furniture and comfortable beds, well equipped to sleep 12. Plenty of bath towels and supplies. Joel was a great host and hope to be back soon.

Phenomenal Ski Location

We were a party of 8, including a 1 year old. The ski-in/ski-out location cannot be beat. This was our third time staying here, and the property was updated since our last visit. There’s lots of kitchen and pantry supplies, and the bedding and towels are nice. Lots of games. The property manager got us a high chair and pack-and-play for the infant. Communication with the property manager was really great, except for not sending the check-in (he was on vacation). It’s a very comfortable place. I would stay again.

Great Ski in/Ski out

This was a great property to stay in. The property overall was in great condition. Check-in was trivial, we were given the garage door code before we arrived. This was the main way in and out of the place. There is only one key to the front door. It was a great ski in/ski out property, but it would be a little challenging for beginners. At worst case they could walk in and out from the close ski run, Retreat. The kitchen is fairly well equiped to cook meals. The oven is electric and the cooktop is gas. They already have lots of spices, oils, and vinegar. The hot tub is located in a room on the ground floor, as are two rooms for ski stuff and the single car garage. There is a second outdoor spot allocated for the apartment, and you could also leave your car on the pad in front of the garage (very little room). Communications with the host were very prompt. Check out is trivial, just leave. Three of the rooms were kings, and the last had two bunk beds, and a queen (I believe). One of the bunks was a triple twin. You could potentially get 8 people into that room. I would happily stay here again.

Great property in the heart of the Canyons

Our group of 12, kids and adults, enjoyed a great week of skiing and snowboarding just a short walk from the Red Pine Gondola and the Orange Bubble Lift. The home was gorgeous with awesome views and our host was responsive to all questions and needs we had. We will definitely return.

Perfection. Views are beautiful. Comfortable hone and welcoming host I originally booked and it appeared on the website that the unit is in The downtown Park City. I am not familiar with the area. We do not regret our choice. We were able to enjoy a beautiful home with amazing views. Can’t beat that !

Lovely condo, helpful owner, great skiing!

Beautiful condo perfectly situated right next to Sunrise chairlift. We enjoyed eating breakfast and watching skiers every morning on the lift. Owner was very accommodating and answered questions quickly. He procured a pack n play for our infant, offered the use of sleds and toys in children’s bedroom. The condo was roomy in the living area and bedrooms. There were minor issues with sluggish drains, rusty tea kettle, breaker kept flipping in mud room, lack of cookware items such as cookie sheets; however, I’m quite sure the owner will take care of these issues soon. This was a wonderful place for our family vacation with our ages ranging from 4 mos to 64! We had a 5 and 8 yr old skiing for the first time who had a fabulous private instructor. Wishing the mountain had a few more green runs but still enjoyed the skiing!

Beautiful home and an ideal location! Perfect for a large family or multiple families.

We had a wonderful time staying in the home that is the best location on its block. The quality of construction and interior decoration is very impressive and the amenities were first class. We would get up in the morning and ski down to the lift, come back for lunch, and then ski back to the house at the end of the day. The hot tub was a fun addition and the entertainment system was first class. The kitchen was perfect for making high quality meals while enjoying the ambiance of a fire in the fireplace. We went straight to the Whole Foods on the way in and got our groceries for the week. Our boys also enjoyed going sledding on the mountain at night. Everyone said that they slept better than normal because of the quality beds and insulation. We ordered our ski demo packages to be delivered to us on the morning of the first day and then we left them at the place when we left, which avoided any hassle. Given that we were located at the base of the Canyons, we had easy access to all of the good restaurants in the area between Kimball Junction and Park City. There were no hassles with the owner and everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this experience.
