The room was very nice. Plenty of appliances and utensils for our needs. I LOVE the little coffee bar area. That was fun. We also really loved the balcony furniture. We love to sit out there in the mornings and there was plenty of seats for everyone. My only complaint was the normal pantry area was locked so we had to store all the snack foods on the counter but it was fine! The floors were also dirty - our socks were black. But I think thatā€™s just the nature of beach rooms so, again, no biggie. We loved it overall and would 100% stay her again.

Fantastic Property!

We had a fantastic stay over our Spring Break. We lucked out with the weather and were able to hit the beach every morning for a walk and every afternoon for play time in the water and getting a tan! The condo was great and had everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the Gulf Shores!

Stunning Condo

Condo is beautifully done with stunning views. The complex had lots of available parking (there is a fee) and lots of support fast elevators, never waited around for one. The walk to the beach was very short. Best place we have ever stayed in Gulf Shores.

Great views

Overall the condo was great, the views were amazing and the condo was well stocked with comfortable accommodations. Very spacious and nicely decorated. My only complaint is there were long waits for the elevators and the toilets were not clean when we got there, but the property managers were prompt with asking how everything was from the very beginning. This was a wonderful vacation for my family and I.

Absolutely PERFECT

Booked this for a quiet girls trip and it was perfect! Soooo super clean (we actually all noticed this). Location was perfect! Communication thru textā€¦they were very informative and easy to work with! It has a little bunk room that my kids would have loved! So cozy! I will 100% be looking this place up again to book for future visits!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at lighthouse condo 1214, I wonā€™t lie I was a little hesitant about being on the 12th floor because weā€™ve stayed places where we wait forever for the elevator but we never had problems getting on and getting right down to the beach!! The condo was clean, kitchen was stocked with appliances and even has little travel size packets to get us started on washing dishes and clothes! The view is beautiful and the kids and adults all had a great time! We would stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. Majority of our time at the condo was spent on the balcony. The condo was clean with one exception, the liner in the shower of the smaller bathroom was disgusting. I reported this in our first night and although I was told they would order a new one, it was not replaced during our stay. The room with the 2 bunk beds is extremely small, more like a closet but it worked for our guests. Overall, we loved the condo and would recommend it.

Good location, clean, and well appointed

We enjoyed staying at this property & will definitely be back. Cleanliness is always my main priority & I wasnā€™t disappointed. 2 suggestionsā€¦1. I asked if there was a Keurig and was told there wasnā€™t. When I got there, there was. Maybe tell the manager to list that on the listing. 2. Consider updating the master mattress. Overall our visit was amazing. Seeing the dolphins from the balcony every morning was an unexpected delight. There are many area attractions close to the property. Good restaurants were in walking distance and there is a walk up bar on the beach just a few steps away. Would recommend!

Great space

This is the second time I've stayed at this condo. It's very family friendly. The check-in and out process is the easiest I've ever experienced. The parking is great. The kitchen is well stocked, but a washcloth or two would have been really helpful. The view is perfect. It can get somewhat chilly at night due to the wind. A blanket/throw would have been awesome. There are plenty of pillows but not enough pillow cases. The beds are okay. I prefer foam or pillow top, but they were fine for a week. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked similar to a hotel. Very limited and small amounts of soaps and paper products. Bring extra. There is no pump hand soap, all purpose cleaner, or seasonings. It gives hotel vibes, but in a condo setting. The master shower needed some TLC. A work order was placed immediately. The staff is so attentive and friendly. We greatly appreciated them. There's plenty of space and seating (inside and out) for several people to stay there. I recommend this unit.

Condo, building & location FaBULOUSā€¦ Property managers were TERRIBLE!

The condo was gorgeous and the building and location was too! Everything related to the owner and unit was fabulous! The management and cleaning company, on the other hand, were terrible! We were not allowed to check in for two hours after the communicated check-in time because the unit has not been cleaned yet. When we finally were able to get in, we found trash in the beds! Literally, found a half dozen half full drink containers and chip bags IN the bedding! Very concerning! We also found trash on top of the frig. The main tv was not working either, so a smaller, much less quality tv was placed in front of it (with no note or explanation) and it was not connected to anything. we immediately messaged and emailed the property company via the contact number and email requesting help. We were obviously assuming the bed sheets had not been changed since the beds were full of trash. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM A SOUL FOE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DEIONG OUR ENTIRE WEEK LONG STAY. Nine days after I filed the formal complaints, I got an email from someone saying it was a busy time and they apologize for the uncleanliness. Ummmā€¦ That's very poor ans unprofessional service! I would love to return to that condo again, but will NOT do so because of the management company, Liquid Life! Steer clear of them! With so many other quality management companies out there, there is no need to go through an experience like this. Definitely not what we paid for! I feel sorry for the owner! She really needs a new management company because her unit is fantastic!

My only 2 complaints are that the bunk room setup really made the room feel even smaller. It also didn't have any sort of storage for clothes. If the bunks would have been on the same size, a small furniture piece to hold clothes would have been possible. The other complaint is that the shower is the master bathroom is VERY small. Maybe removed the garden tub and allow for a larger shower. Who's taking bubble baths at the beach? Not my family. On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff. The furniture was is good condition and very comfortable. Beds slept great. I would recommend this unit.
