Great communication and follow up during the stay. Love the location and beach access was exactly as described. We had 9 people comfortably sleeping in the house.

We had the best week! The property was exactly as described and the host was very friendly and responsive. Riding the bikes to the pool, beach and the shops on 30A was lovely! Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Going to the beach early ensured we got a parking spot as walking across the busy main road is not ideal with kids. Convenient location to some restaurants and to PCB.. loved having the bikes available. The pool was a great addition when we couldn’t enjoy the ocean. The community seemed safe and was a great atmosphere. The hosts were attentive and took care of the homes needs! We would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! Our group included 5 adults and 3 kids, and the house was the perfect size for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together without feeling crowded.The location was fantastic, with an easy and convenient walk to the beach, which made it especially nice for the kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.We made some great family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great place to stay

The home was perfect for our Spring Break trip! Conveniently located to the beach and shops. The teens really enjoyed the bikes and the loft area. Everyone had plenty of room and the beds were super comfy. Would stay there again!

Family vaycay on 30A!

This home served as the perfect base for our beach vacation! Plenty of room for our family of 7 and the house as well as neighborhood was gorgeous! Andy made everything smooth, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

First Family Vacation

This house was perfectly located, gave us plenty of room to share space and find a nook for solitude. It offered all of the convenience of being at home and was beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

Great stay on 30A

This house was a great choice for our stay on 30A. Andy was a terrific host. He communicated important information and made sure we knew he was available if we had any questions. The house and neighborhood were beautiful and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful house, great hosts and good location.

The house was just beautiful. Perfectly decorated and plenty of space for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). With the short walk to the beach we were able to get plenty of beach time. Nice touch by adding the beach chairs and umbrellas. We will be back!

Great House

We had a great week in this beautiful home. Very convenient to the beach and we were able to park most days which made getting gear there easier. The water and beach can’t be beat. We also enjoyed the pool and bikes. 30A is awesome!

Perfect family getaway

The Innlet was the perfect space for our family of 5! It was clean and spacious, and the owners are very attentive and will answer any questions you might have. In addition to the fabulous house, the beach chairs, wagon, bikes, as well as the proximity to the beach, made our stay even that much better! 10/10 recommend this house!

Lovely home near beautiful beach

The townhome was very clean with most everything we needed including four bikes and lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds! Easy bike ride to beach, restaurants and towns of Rosemary and Alys Beach.

Awesome location

We had a wonderful time at the house! With five kids the fact that it is three story made it so everybody had privacy and a place to retreat after enjoying the sun! The bikes were a wonderful bonus and made it extremely easy for us to ride to the beach and not have to worry about finding a parking spot. This is a beautiful house in a convenient location. We definitely plan to come back!

OUR FAVORITE RENTAL!

We all agreed that this has been the best house we have rented so far! The house was very clean, had everything we needed, in a quiet neighborhood and had EVERYTHING we needed..EVERYTHING! The owners replied within minutes to texts when we had questions. Also, it’s right across from the beach. CANT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS RENTAL! Five star rental and can’t wait to be back!

Great trip!

We had a wonderful trip July 16-23 at this house! Andy was more than helpful answering questions before and during the stay! The house was very clean and very well appointed with lots of Pottery Barn touches all over! You could tell a lot pd thought was put into the decorating of the house. The neighborhood pool was small but never busy and our kids used it every day. We loved our time and throughly enjoyed the house!

Texas to Florida

My family and I took a trip to Florida and needed enough space for 8 people, and this house was more than enough space! It looked just like the pictures but was even better in person. After 12+ hours of driving in traffic from Texas, it was nice to be able to relax in the Thompson’s beautiful home. Andy was very responsive to all my texts and he and Tiffany made the whole process from check-in to check-out very easy. We would definitely love to stay here again once we’re back in town!
