When you enter our home the main level has the living room, dinning room that seats 8 and a fully stocked kitchen. across from it you have the pantry and in the pantry you have 2 fire extinguishers one for grease and one all purpose, next a 1/2 bath then a large master bedroom with walk in closet, large shower separate lavatory and vanity. King size bed 2 night stands and a dresser with a TV. next you have the laundry center with washer and dryer and exit to the covered patio leading to a propane grill in the back yard.
Now on to the second level at the top of the stairs is a second living area/game room/TV room with a sleeper sofa. Bedroom 2 has a King bed walk in closet with 2 night stands and a dresser with large flat screen TV. Separate bathroom has a Tub shower combo. Bedroom number 3 has a bunk bed system with a full size bottom bunk and standard single on top. This room has a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom with walk in shower bedroom number 4 has a single bed and a work station for the guest that has to keep working.
We have a new BBQ grill just off the the patio next to master bedroom.

Fantastic Stay

The location stellar, beds very comfortable and everything in working order. The company was always available during hours with answers to any concerns. They are honest wonderful people that are true to their product and it shows through excellently. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience

We came here with 10 people and had the absolute best stay! We did have an issue with our door code and we called and they fixed it within 5 minutes the house was spectacular and accomidated our family perfectly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this to everyone we know going to pcb!

Winter 2024

House is beautiful and comfortable. There are 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes and lots of parking places if you choose to drive. Showers are amazing with lots of water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. A small coffee table in living room would be a welcome addition. Staff at Four Star Condo are pleasant and easy to reach. On funny side note. We did have to share the house with a family of birds who had made a nest in the upstairs bathroom fan. We alerted the people at the office and hopefully will be able to get the vent sealed off once the birds are born. Overall very satisfied with our stay. A few negatives. The pool is unheated and unusable because the water is extremely cold. Seriously worse than the ocean. We were quite disappointed about that because we specifically searched for a house with a pool. In the ad it says personal pool but that is incorrect. It is a communal pool. Also, the king bed mattress upstairs needs to be changed. Extremely uncomfortable. Terrible dip in it.

Large house with garage

As advertised, accurate pictures, great location, quiet for sleeping, we were 2 couples and enjoyed having two king masters. We were here to bike the numerous trails and chose this house because it had a garage for our bikes.

Close to Beach

House was a good size and the gated community was nice. We didn't mind the short 5 minute walk to beach. The beach was not crowded.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just as pictured. Don’t believe the walk to the beach. It’s too far with kids. Feel like we needed a golf cart as was pictured ( that’s what caught my eye initially, feel like you should take it out of the photos) the subdivision was gated quiet. But too picky about parking that should be on the description as well. Grill was not very good. Not and entertaining backyard. The top floor king bed mattress had a big dip and was very uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice stay.

Great place to stay.

Location was close to pier Park which provided plenty of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely Stay here again on future visits.

Awesome!

This home was perfect for our lengthy stay! Do not hesitate to book this property! It had everything we needed (even in the kitchen and we cooked a lot). The beds were comfy, the towels were lush and soft, great water pressure and clean home. A brand new couch was delivered while we were there. We would book here in the future. Only thing we wished they had was an outdoor patio table. There was a card table in the garage. Everyone at Four Star Condo Service was a pleasure to work with!

The location was close to everything we needed. The beach was as stated about a 5-minute walk. The beds were comfortable. Minor issues if you would call them issues: The main sofa was showing wear. (Minor) All the Boggie Boards were broken. (We brought our own beach supplies) Only one bike provided. None of these issues interfered with us have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this home.

Just as described!

Well situated and accommodating home. Only negative (which isn't really a negative) is that there was no direct access to local and/or cable television. All TV's were Smart TV's but no network provider. Regarding the home and overall experience...... OUTSTANDING! Would definitely book again!

Everyone who stayed in the house (6 total) got deathly sick from the 5G tower. 2 weeks later and we are still sick. Mess us up big time.

Excellent Location, Awesome Property

This was a perfect property for a family and friends getaway. Clean, all amenities needed were available. Two families, a total of seven, enough space and privacy for all to enjoy. Great, quiet friendly neighborhood, close to the beach. We had and awesome vacation week. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Very happy

We were very enjoyed staying this property. Clean, quiet place. However, the kitchen needs more stuff such as basket and big bowls, etc. Definitely, come back to stay again.

Family vacation 2021

The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. House is very clean and well stocked. Pool is nice. Short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Perfect spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the location-very short walk to the beach; grocery store literally one minute drive away. We rented the golf cart which was a very nice way to get around short distances from the house. Pool close as well and very clean. No complaints at all!
