Beautiful lagoon front renovated single-family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths within walking distance to the beach in Ship Bottom, on a quiet residential street. Home is meticulously clean and well-maintained. Pet free and smoke free. Recent renovations in 2020 include, new kitchen and appliances, new flooring, freshly painted rooms, new living room furniture, renovated bathrooms. Wi-fi, internet connection and cable included.
In the morning, relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the upper private deck. During the day, swim and kayak in your own backyard lagoon. During the evening, take a stroll to the bay-side and watch the magnificent sun-set. Great location and only a couple blocks away from the bridge. Walking distance to Hotel LBI, miniature gulf, and arcades. The living room is open and spacious. The kitchen granite counter top has seating for 6. The master-bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and flat screen tv. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The home also has a private outdoor shower, and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ready to escape to your home away from home? Now is the time for LBI family memory-making! We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was one of the best places we have stayed at in LBI. It was comfortable and pleasant. The outdoor space overlooking the lagoon was amazing!!! We would definitely stay again.

The house is in a great location on a lagoon and was pristinely clean. The home was well-stocked and very spacious for our family of four. The deck and yard have plenty of comfortable furniture for enjoying the lagoon setting, and it is a short walk to both the bay and beach. We especially enjoyed the paddleboard, kayak and corn hole!

Perfect Get-Away

Perfect family get-away! Ideal location … Beach, bay, cool breezes out back… Fully equipt with life jackets. Everything we needed was provided to us. Highly recommended!

Great family vacation spot!

Perfect vacation home for a family! Has all the amenities you need. Every spot of the yard has a fun activity. Right on the bay but has a gate in case you have a little one running around. Frank was easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check in for us. We will be back next year!!

Weekend Retreat

My wife and I wanted to get down to LBI for a quick, early season getaway and this property was perfect! The homeowner (Frank) was a pleasure to work with, and the weather was amazing, making our whole trip just what we needed to get our island "fix". This will definitely be one of our top choices to return to when our craving for the beach comes back.

Ship Bottom Stay

Very nice clean house with great decks. The kayaks and other water vehicles and direct access to the lagoon were an added bonus.

Great house in Ship Bottom

Great house in Ship Bottom, with inlet water views. Perfect for a family Holiday- house was clean, fun outdoor property and close to eateries and shops. The Host/Owner Frank was super helpful and clearly cares about Guest experience(s).

Beautiful home, great for families

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The backyard is a literal playground - kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes to take into the lagoon all included. I loved having my breakfast on the deck every morning. Easily walkable to the local market, LBI table, and the mini golf course. We plan to return next year.

Great shore getaway.

This is a great house in a great location. The house was comfortable, clean, and had great outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the kayaks in the lagoon, the hammocks in the shade, and the chairs in the sun. The front deck is perfect for morning coffee! We enjoyed the short walks to the stores and to the beach. When we had to drive, it was easy to get out and back.

Beautiful location right on the lagoon

The house was perfect for our family of four. The access to the lagoon for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding was amazing. All the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. There’s a nice spot at the end of the street to watch the sunset and immediate access to the bridge to avoid all the town traffic. We would love to stay again.

Perfect for a fun beach week

What a perfect spot for a fun family vacation! The house is cozy and beachy, with everything you need. It’s well situated between the ocean and the bay — and the sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. The outdoor space under the house to the canal is great, with plenty of outdoor seating, paddle boards, kayaks, cornhole and more. Contemplating a girls’ weekend next!

Wonderful Place

Very nice and clean home. Frank was very responsive with a simple lease and check in/check out process. Super convenient to all our local spots and always nice to hop into the water in the backyard instead of having to trek all the way to the beach. Especially nice when the ocean is cold because the bay is always 5-10 degrees warmer. Will definitely rent again.

The house is absolutely adorable, clean, well equipped kitchen, gas grill, comfortable beds. Everything went so smooth from check in til check out! The house is right on the water and there are plenty of things for everyone to do, paddle board, kayak, floating chairs, games, etc! Our family had a great time and would definitely go back!

Welcoming ,Peaceful Lagoon Front Shore home for Our Family

My husband, my 85 year old mother and I highly recommend this wonderful home. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. great location. We loved just hanging out in the well appointed backyard overlooking the lagoon with coffee and after 5pm cocktail. Kayaks and rafts waiting to keep you active! Frank is a very welcoming and organized host. Looking forward to our return.

Too Short

Rented this house last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Decor had a beach/key west feel and loaded with amenities for the area. The home is on the canal in the bay and included kayaks, rafts, paddle boards, etc.. to enjoy your surroundings. 2 min walk to the bay to see sunsets and close to restaurants in the area. Definitely a great place if you’re looking to get away.

The combination of the house location (lagoon front and 3 short blocks to the oceanside) and the amenities included (paddle boards, kayak, floating chairs) and those directly nearby (Flsmingo Golf, Woodys, Hotel LBI, and 7 days of perfectly sunny/ clear weather gave us plenty of time for lounging/sunning at the beach, jumping the waves and some early afternoon napping, while completing the Quintessential LBI itinerary with Flamingo Golf games and dinner at

Perfect spot!

We were in town for a wedding and this was a PERFECT spot! Easy on/off the island (was great for us given the venue was on the other side of the causeway), walkable to lots of little restaurants, mini golf, markets and stores, and the lagoon with kayaks and paddle boards was a special treat for the kiddos. The beach is a little walk, but even the three year old did it each day! The house is impeccably clean and very cute - appreciated the twin room along with two bathrooms and two "couples" rooms. The balcony and sitting areas were great as well and got great morning light. Frank was easy to work with, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great property, location and experience.

Our family of five stayed at this great property in August of 2022. This was a perfect getaway spot for us in every way. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood directly on an inlet to the bay and a short walk from the amazing beach/ocean. The house looked just like the pictures. It was clean, newly renovated, well organized and stocked with all that we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and deck, dropping the provided kayaks in the water, jumping off the back dock, cooking on the new grill and even playing on the outdoor foosball table. Although we didn’t watch much television, the property had tvs in every room (including an outdoor flatscreen.) The owner was kind, easy to work with and even checked in by text to make sure everything met our needs. I definitely recommend.
