Its a beautiful property we enjoyed our stay. The pool area is really nice. However the sofa bed was unconfortable the springs are old and very unconfortable also the sheets were dirty. I did sent out an email to the host and she responded fast. We end it up not using the sofa bed. Had a little problem closing the patio door was very hard to closed it. A technician went to fix it but the following day, we had to sleep with the patio door a little bit open.

We did not like the pull out bed. We were not told one of the beds was that way. The mattresses need updating. It was clean and there was enough kitchen equipment.

Great location, host was VERY responsive, enough provisions were provided to jump start our vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was a breeze however we did have to reach out to the host (booked 3rd party so the reservation was not sent in/ registering at the time we checked in, luckily the host was available (anytime we reached out IMO) and check-in was smooth sailing shortly after. My only complaint was foul orders in the building in general BUT the condo itself was very clean and comfortable.

I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, found the condo comfortable, and that check-in went smoothly once we got everything sorted. It was truly my pleasure to be available whenever you needed. I appreciate your understanding about the building odors. While that’s outside of our control, I’m happy the condo itself met your expectations for cleanliness and comfort. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Everything was smooth as far checking in and out. Just little bumps… no iron, window curtains wasn’t in place, master bedroom closet open or close, living room area sliding door curtain curtain wasn’t in place. Overall it was good. When I needing an iron they had gave me one. Kitchen cooking Utensils were needing to be replace and contacted property management and they came to my rescue. Thank you for your beautiful condo.
