Glass French doors open into an interior steeped in Lowcountry ambiance. The single-level floor plan flanks the central common areas with two bedrooms and two full baths on each side creating privacy suites.

A small public boat landing nearby makes it easy to launch a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: The private beach boardwalk, leading from the oceanfront sundeck, provides a rinsing shower and built-in benches with spectacular view. A small public boat launch is located one street over on Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer and fall. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this unique coastal community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as the tidal creek.
