This charming villa is your home away from home while you visit lovely Pawleys Island. It is a delightful ocean community property that features 3 bedrooms: 2 with king bed and 1 with a trendel bed . Two bedrooms have king Tempurpedic mattresses perfect for a good night’s sleep. You'll also enjoy 2 bathrooms, one with a soak-in bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The living room offers additional space, club chairs, tv, desk with computer and office chair, and 2 couches. Over four guests, extra fee applies. With amenities like: Fitness Center, weekly yoga classes, Indoor pool/sauna,, outdoor pool, WiFi, AC, kitchen 4 2, washing machine and dryer, golf cart parking, your stay will be comfortable and stress-free. The condo was exceptionally clean and the bed mattresses VERY comfortable. The porch overlooking the marsh was a highlight for us.

The perfect stay

It was the best possible place to stay for a long weekend get away. The area is beautiful with plenty of amenities to enjoy in the beautiful weather. The condo is very spacious with the rooms having plenty of space to enjoy time with friends and family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Litchfield area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Pawleys Island. The three bedroom space was just right for our family and everything was so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, a private pool, and a quiet atmosphere that made it feel like our own little getaway. Check in and check out were so easy, and the owners could not have been more kind. They even helped us carry our groceries in when we arrived, which meant so much. This place truly has it all, from the ideal location to the thoughtful touches from the owners. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Location is great. Home was clean. Seems this is just starting out as a new rental. Needs a little TLC and to have a few more amenities for guest on arrival. I think when they get it all put together it will be fabulous. Would rent again as I come to this area for golf tournaments about 4 times a year and set up was great for 4 lady golfers.

If I could give it more than a 5 star I would. I have stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for many years but never stayed in Heron Marsh. The property is shaded with beautiful live oaks. The screened in back porch that backed up to the marsh was my favorite place. The living spaces were large and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect and accessible to bike and walking trails that are scenic and safe. There is a Starbucks within walking distance. There is a perfect little pool on site that is clean and private. The view on the porch is just lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the property owners was excellent and they were helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the instructions for getting our pass at the gate. It could be clarified better as it is a gated community with a few entrances. Once onsite it makes sense. We had five in our group and I should have had all of our names listed as renters so we would have all had a pass upon arrival as we all traveled separately.

Stayed for a week and loved it. There were 4 of us, parents and two adult kidos. Location is great. A short walk to beach or a 2 min drive in a golf cart or car to the beach club with ample parking and nice restrooms. Water was spectacular, low 80s and really clear. Even had enough swell to surf; there is a good break just down the road at Pawleys Island Pier.Also has tennis and pickleball available by the beach club and the complex has a private well kept pool.The unit was very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Also great mattress in the master bedroom. Owners were very responsive and answered any questions quickly.Have rented for 20 years at Litchfield/Pawleys Island area and this is one of my favorite properties. Would certainly stay again.

The Nest is amazing! I could’ve lived in the master bathroom. They had beach towels, chairs, and coolers there for you in case you need extra or forgot yours. I was also surprised at all of the other necessities they provided in the event we didn’t have them…literally everything except clothes and toothbrushes! Being surrounded by the saltwater marshes was so serene and beautiful. The wildlife was abundant, we saw all sorts of birds, a cute raccoon, and the fiddler crabs are everywhere! I also enjoyed being able to use all of the amenities at LBTS. The owners were fabulous (we met them on the last day for checkout) and we will be staying with them again in the future!

Here’s a polished VRBO review based on what you shared:We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely beautiful—right on the marsh and just a short distance from the beach. Even though we were in town for my grandmother’s funeral, the peaceful setting made our trip much more comforting. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the nightly price was great for the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and plan to visit again in the future. Highly recommend!
