Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We did have one broken beach chair, which has since been replaced. The rugs simply needed to be straightened, and we’ve ensured they are properly secured. The folding door has been repaired to prevent any further issues. In the master bedroom, while there is no traditional closet, there is a dresser and a closet unit for guest storage. The information for the wifi is located on the living room table. The balcony is cleaned regularly, but we will review our process to ensure they meet expectations. We value guest feedback and continuously work to improve the experience for future stays.
