Waterfront Oasis w/ Private Dock, 3BR/2BA

We're excited to share our peaceful retreat with you. You will love admiring the waterfront views from the morning room, deck, or private dock. After fishing, pedal-boating, or swimming in the river, the house welcomes you with fresh linens, AC/heat, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, and retro arcade. You can end the day watching the sunset along the river while roasting marshmallows at the firepit.

The space:
As a guest you will be able to enjoy keyless entry, high speed WiFi, and guaranteed cleanliness. The three bedrooms have fresh linens, and both bathrooms are stocked with towels for your use.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials to make your stay easy and convenient.

Please note that the laundry/washer/dryer area is not available to guests.

Guest access:
You will have access to the property with keyless entry from the main door at the top of the steps. We have a private driveway with ample parking.

Other things to note:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
Fireplace is NOT for guest use.
Boat and jet-skis are NOT for guest use.

Outdoor/water activities are at your own risk. The property is not childproof and the hosts are not responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Jeremy was super communicative and generous. We loved the fire pit and the view. Would love to return in warmer weather to go out on the river with the paddle boats. Great stay!

The rooms were clean and spacious. We did not cook in the kitchen so I have nothing to tell you there. The common areas were also clean and spacious and contained a standalone vintage arcade game. This was very helpful in entertaining our two grandchildren aged 9 and 11. I would gladly return to this property.

Beautiful views and the house was great. Could not figure out all the lights. Mid split did not seem to cool. Overall awesome place and great location. I would definitely stay there again. Needs a new Bbq. Overall, great place to stay.

Water view

Quick mini vacation for friends. Needed a place of relax and enjoy the water view. The property met all of our expectations and had enough room for our group of 5. Lots of privacy and space for all of us. Enjoyable visit

Great Weekend Trip!

We stayed here over the weekend and had a great time. The home is located about twenty mins from lots of great restaurants and things to do for kids! The arcade machine was a huge hit with my kids. The view of the river was amazing. We sat in the house and watched the sunset and sunrise every day. The host was also very responsive.

Great accommodations / Great location

Wonderful house with perfect view. Hosts were instantly responsive to any questions we had and really seemed to care that our stay was enjoyable. Short hop to Baltimore and just a few mins away from great local restaurants. Highly recommended!

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday and the house was convenient to Parkville and Towson. The view from the sunroom was gorgeous. It was everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. Thank you.

Family gathering

The view is lovely and there’s plenty of room for a gathering. The kitchen is not well stocked with cookware so plan on eating carry out or pack your pots and pans. If the weather is warm and you’re into water sports, it would be a great place to stay. We enjoyed watching the eagle fly over the river. Pack your binoculars!

Great Stay outside of city

Great location to escape from the city. We had a problem with the water heater while there but isn’t anything that owner could control. Communication was great and it was taken care of. Definitely would recommend.

Great time off the boat

We have our sailboat in a marina close by. Friends came, we all stayed at the house and day sailed. Nice day on the bay and a relaxing evening overlooking the river. Worked great! Beautiful place to kickback. Incredible view of the river. Will do it again!

Room with a view

The kids joined us for a weekend on our sailboat, this was the perfect spot to get together after a long day on the water. My one son set a new record on the PAC Man and the other caught a beautiful bass off the dock. The river view from the sunroom is spectacular! Everyone always migrated there. Great time had by all. We will be back in the fall.

Beautiful view

We loved this rental. Beautiful view of the river. Sunsets were amazing. Quite area. Lovely walk in the neighborhood for our dog. Loved sitting outside in the mornings and watching the birds. Was a easy drive to Baltimore - went to the baseball game. My only negative point is that carpet in the bedrooms need to be professionally cleaned or replaced. Thank you.

No tv stairs were bad and called about tv no answer The stairs have bad step which gives you a strange feeling when you hit an the hand rail as you going up on the left side you hit your hand so you can not slid you hand up the rail

January Family Trip

I brought my 3 adult kids & their spouses & 1 toddler grandson for a weekend visit. The house was impressive with atrium ceiling living room, plenty of room, and beautiful vista overlooking the river. House was clean, well-appointed with all our kitchen and bedding needs, everything operated. The arcade gamewas a huge hit for my boys and me. My only regret is that it wasn’t the summer so we could take advantage of the grounds and the water. But for a January visit, this was a perfect venue. Jeremy was a great host, communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend! Rick K.

Fantastic weekend getaway!

The house is spacious (more than the photos may lead you to believe), with numerous gathering centers inside and out. My guests enjoyed the dock at sunset and the fire pit by the water. The patio under the house had a charcoal grill and ample space for tables and chairs. Though our weekend had perfect weather, the covered patio made the place "weatherproof" had it rained. There is tons of parking, and a beautiful view over the water. The Host was readily available via VRBO messaging, Usually responding well within 15 minutes. The inside of the house itself was clean and well maintained, with my only "ding" being that the outside could've been a little more "tidy". All in all, I shouldn't rave about this place too much, because I intend to stay there again, and don't want the competition for bookings! ;)

Location and View

This location is a great get away for families, couples and friends, who live in the DMV area especially. Only an hour from all areas you n DMV. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view, the view, the View!!!!! The sun room faces the Bird river. Huge windows. It even rained and it was beautiful. My 89 year old dad didn’t watch TV at all, he just watched the beautiful scenery and nature's. Plenty of grassy area. You can launch your own kayak or canoe from the attached pier. Our dog had a ball. Excellent place to spend time with yourself, you’re special one, friends and/or family!!! Host was always available.
