Community pool, dock, river views!

Enjoy breath-taking sunsets over the Kiawah River, right from your screened porch and deck! This cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen beds, last room has a queen with a twin trundle), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen was recently renovated so you will enjoy cooking "from home" There is an outdoor gas grill, 4 TVs, and a nice dining area that seats 6-8 people. If you're looking for a dream vacation and wonderful memories, this is the place! Free wifi.

We have a Keurig coffee maker along with a regular coffee maker to start your morning.

No pets and no smoking, fireplace not available. Update as of September 2025, there is ongoing construction due to Kiawah's newest neighborhood, Ocean Pines, being built behind this section of Inlet Cove.

Inlet Cove offers an exceptional location with many conveniences to make your Kiawah vacation a memorable one:

• Short walking distance to Kiawah beaches. Roughly 0.25 of a mile

• Full access to Inlet Cove’s newly renovated community pool and dock. Enjoy a

25-meter Jr. Olympic swimming pool with separate baby pool, or watch the sunset on the river from rocking chairs on the dock.

• Easy access to bike and walking paths.

• Nearby activities for all ages, including golf, tennis, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding,

fishing, and much more.

• Bike, kayak and other rentals available.

• Fresh Fields Village (2.3 miles).

• Nature watching - Dolphins, gators, waterfowl and other birds.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Best Inlet Cove Cottage!

What a wonderful space! If you’re looking for a clean, updated, fully stocked, comfortable and cute cottage with a nice little view in Inlet Cove, this place is it! Our family truly enjoyed every detail of this property and will definitely be back. Highly recommend and loved it!

Kiawah Island treasure

This special home - in a terrific location close to kiawah beach - was the perfect setting for my family who gathered in charleston recently to mourn an unexpected death. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with every possible amenity and the entire place was spotless. The community was so peaceful and quiet thati was lulled to sleep each night by the sounds of joyous toads outside… it was heavenly! .

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were disappointed with this rental. While the kitchen was updated, the rest of the home was in need of repair and updates. On the first day, ( and before using the facilities )we had issues with the plumbing. There was a thick layer of dust on the AC return vent which we to cleaned ourselves ( it’s directly next to the living room couch ). There is mold on the ceilings in the bathroom and on the mattes in the artwork behind the glass. A large palmetto bug crawled on me on the first night ( not an experience you want to have on your first night of vacation ) we spotted more palmetto bugs in the bathroom and other bedroom, and there were ants on the ceiling. The title of this listing says you can watch sunsets from your porch but that is not the case at all. There is a large plant blocking the small view of the marsh when you try and get a view from the side. I called emergency maintenance to report the issues I mentioned and I was told he would spray for bugs but it never happened. We handled the plumbing issue ourselves. We have pictures to document. We liked the location and the neighborhood but not this home.

Thank you so much for your candid review on the home. We appreciate any feedback from our guests, positive or negative, as it can only help us to improve our guests' experience moving forward. The community management does spray for pests quarterly but when we have a lot of heavy rain storms (as had happened just prior and even during your stay) living so near the water with all the trees in the area pests are a constant battle unfortunately. Toward the end of summer after many guests our properties do receive more detailed cleanings and I have made notes with housekeeping to improve upon that as well. I am sorry about the plumbing issues, we have addressed those as well as speaking with the maintenance line coordinator to ensure all reported guests' issues and concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. We hope you will be back to give Inlet Cove area a try again for your next Kiawah visit!

The property itself was clean and the only complaint we had was that there were only a couple trash bags. We did most of our meals at home - so no big deal we got more trash bags ha! The response time from the rental company was quick for any question that came up!

Of all the places we have rented over the years, this had the best equipped kitchen of all of them. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning and the dock in the evening. The house’s exposure also provides nice morning exposure and a small view of the river sunset. I also appreciated the nice gas grill under the house. ESPM guest services were superior before and during our stay

The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and was extremely clean. The beautiful beach was a short walk from the house which made it convenient for going back for lunch and snacks. There is a nice grocery store, shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this property for an enjoyable vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st trip to Kiawah with my husband and 3 boys. The home was well equipped and clean upon arrival. Oddly enough, I like how the tv in the living room was not the center of attention which led my boys to play board games and read on the couch. We also enjoyed the screened porch on the back with the lush background. It provided nice shade and privacy. The location also could not be more perfect with a short bike ride to the beach. And we had a lot to bring with kids and toys in tow. We almost wish the bike ride was longer since we enjoyed the trip on our bikes so much. Only downside was when we found the cover of the light fixture in the car port/garage broke and shattered on the hood of our van leaving a little dent. We called the rental company to let them know. But heard no follow up about it. We had already cleaned up the broken glass since we have small children. Other than that, this was a great and cozy place to stay!

Perfect location

This rental is just as good as pictured, excellent, well stocked kitchen, nice screened in patio. However the best thing is it’s proximity to all that you need. Beach is a 5 minute walk or bike, small market is about the same. The grocery store is less than a 10 minute drive. Bike paths galore, pool is close by as well. All the best that Kiawah Island has to offer.

Great spot!

This West Beach spot was comfortable, convenient and more than adequate for our multi-generational family vacation. The community pool, a short walk away, was an asset. The kitchen was great--well stocked with with a wide variety of needed cooking utensils and equipment. We enjoyed gatherings and wine and snacks on the screened-in porch. Would recommend.

Lovely getaway for the family

This was the perfect getaway for our family’s first vacation with our 1-yr old and 3.5-yr old. Proximity to the public beach and pool was key in keeping our little ones entertained the entire stay!

Great place!

5m walk to the beach. Nice kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and screened in porch. Has an outdoor shower and grill which we used a few times. We didn’t want to leave.
