The stay in Marathon was great, central location with uninterrupted and expansive views to the south. We were lucky enough to see dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony. The rooms were comfortable and clean, everyone loved the pool. Appreciate the opportunity to experience the central keys.

The house was amazing and fit perfect for what we were looking for. It was a pleasure just to be in the house between activities and day trips. I can't say enough about the property.

Great stay at Marathon

Great house in a very quiet location. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is perfect equipped. Great communication with Pam. We really enjoyed our stay.

Oasis

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect. The home and surrounding area is an oasis. The views are beautiful with the pool overlooking the ocean. A perfect place to disconnect and relax. We spent our days outback in the pool , having cookouts and fishing. Looking forward to returning very soon.

Winter Retreat

The house met all of our expectations. Everything was very nice and very clean. Very walkable to beach. Nice beach chairs/equipment. Great pool and amenities. Greg was excellent to work with!

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. Extremely clean and open air concept. Directly on ocean. All kinds of amenities (bikes, kayas, beach towels, umbrellas, grill). Even our teenage son commented on how nice everything was. We only had to communicate with property owner once about an incidental issue and it was an immediate response. There are no better views and the infinity pool is amazing. Exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. We cannot wait to go back the next time we are in the Keys!

Perfect water front house with everything we could ask for!It was so nice to rent a vacation home and not having to worry about picking up every single little additional need, like toilet paper and trash bags.Having so many things included in this listing was a major perk! The heated pool, kayaks and bikes were perfect additions and well used! As well as the many other amenities in the shed, such as fishing poles, pool floats, beach chairs and snorkeling gear.

Outstanding!

I hesitate to leave so high a review as I want it to be available for us next year! Outstanding views of the Atlantic and it has everything. We saw all types of fish, a turtle, dolphins, and a manatee. Highly recommend! Infinity pool is great. Resort like amenities!

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful house with stunning sunset views. We loved everything about the house and location. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and very nicely decorated. Took bike rides every day and had fun fishing right off the bulkhead. It’s a very easy walk to Sombrero Beach. Pam was an attentive and gracious host. Can’t wait to stay here again.

What an unforgettable stay in Marathon! This waterfront home was absolutely outstanding—exceptional in every way. The views alone were breathtaking, with panoramic sunsets that seemed almost unreal as they melted into the water each evening. Sitting outside and watching the sky light up in shades of orange and red was pure magic.The house itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail felt intentional and elevated, from the serene outdoor space overlooking the water to the comfortable, inviting interior. It truly felt like a private oasis.If you’re looking for a peaceful, stunning, and perfectly kept home in Marathon, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful getaway and would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing home! From the Location to all the Amenities and added touches for a comfortable stay. We come to the keys yearly.This will be our return home. Extremely well maintained and new! We did not lack in activities from access to beach, both snorkeling and use of kayak’s right off the back then coming in for a wonderful refreshing dip in the infinity pool with vast open views. Grilling the fish caught off the back and just overall views and comfort. You cant go wrong. My only fear is not having an open week to come back to. Thanks for an Amazing stay!

Superb Marathon Home

This was our sixth vacation rental home in the keys. It is hands down our favorite one yet. The house was immaculate! It had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Perfectly appointed kitchen, bikes, kayaks, even umbrellas for the pool loungers. The location and the view were perfect. Architecture was masterful mix of state-of-the-art/modern with cute/cozy details. Awesome communication with our gracious host Pam, the owner. We will be back soon!

Marathon Trip

Absolutely amazing property. We felt like we were on our own island. Very private. Pictures really don’t do the actual house and property justice. Everything was better than we anticipated. The house has pretty much everything you need. Kitchen is well appointed. Kayaks, pool floats, extra tank of propane, etc. The house is also centrally located in the Keys making a day trip to Key West, Key Largo and Islamorada very doable. In short, we would highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

BEST waterfront property in Marathon, FL!

You cannot beat this location. Close to all activities, outdoor pool space is perfect, almost a panoramic view without seeing other homes staring right at the Atlantic ocean with steps down to shallow water at low tide.The inside is impeccable and the Host is super responsive. We had the best time with no issues, we relaxed and enjoyed the middle and south Keys and the place to do it is at this home. We found all the dishes and cooking items needed for our meals, had no issues with internet or the property. High quality grill onsite. Best for 4 adult couples or a family with older teens. Located in a very safe, private and quiet neighborhood and street. Highly recommended, just don't take all the bookings and leave me unable to rent again!

Wonderful property

The property was exactly as pictured...even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean, in a wonderful location and with a well stocked kitchen great for families who love to cook.
