Enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed at a few rooms for n Seychelles and this was our favorite so far.

Towels and bathroom nasty. Air conditioner would randomly stop cooling.

Towels were still in the dryer when we got there. Still damp. They were not clean in any bathroom. They were all damp and dingy looking. The shower heads were coated in mildew. Corner of showers had pink and mildew. We had to go buy detergent to rewash all towels. Dryer and washer were pathetic. Took washer several try’s before it would spin towels dry enough to put in dryer. This would cause air conditioner to stop working. Dishwasher was full of dishes when we got there. Popcorn and other trash under bed of first bedroom on the left. The vents in bathrooms were filthy. Also! Vent to dryer was FULL of lent and sand and was rusted. Disappointed that we had to spend hours washing and cleaning. Made me suspicious of how sheets were cleaned. The place was pretty when you walked in. When you took a closer look- wasn’t good. We were 3 friends in our late 50s going for Fathers Day because we all lost our dads within last 2 years. This place really needs to consider using better cleaning products. All towels , washcloths and kitchen towels were truly disgusting.

Amazing Vacation!

Our family of six adults and an infant had a wonderful stay!! Great location, amazing sunset views, & nearby restaurants. The condo was beautifully renovated, decorated and beds were comfy! Cannot wait until next time!

Second time staying!

This is our second time staying in this condo and it has not disappointed yet! The view is spectacular. Having Schooners right next door is also convenient as their food is always delicious. The only thing I would recommend is maybe invest in some memory foam bed toppers. The mattresses are so hard and very uncomfortable with those of us who have issues. Having a restful sleep on vacation is what we all want :) If you sign the guest book, please look back through what other families have said. You will know what I am talking about if you stay here. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

This was one of the nicest condos i have stayed in at pcb. We have stayed at seychelles before and like the area. This condo was very homey and had absolutely everything we needed and then some. So well decorated and every detail had been well thought out. Would definitely stay here again:)

Wonderful unit

We loved the updated kitchen and the views were wonderful. Especially loved the sunset views. A very cozy unit. We would use again if we return to PCB.

Beautiful unit right in the beach

This unit was beautifully decorated and had lots of extra touches like lots of games, books, beginning supplies, a couple beach chairs, a few beach towels, and even some packets of condiments. For the coffee lovers, there is both a regular coffee maker and a k-cups! There was even coffee filters there for me. The kitchen was well supplied including a wine cork and a pizza cutter! The only con is that the unit does not have a dead bolt. I like having that extra security.

Our favorite condo at Seychelles!

Seychelles has always been our choice over the last several years! And this condo is definitely our favorite! We had everything we needed! 3 great bedrooms for us to spread out and the view is amazing. We love being next door to Schooners! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Porch and Spacious

Best thing is the wonderful wrap around porch with 3 accesses. Large living areas and Bedroom 1 and 2 were large. Bedroom 3 was small with room just for a bed but 2 adults slept here fine.

Surf, sand, salt, and sunshine

We loved our corner of paradise here! We all had a wonderful time, despite tropical storm Elsa being here around at the same time. We will be back same time, same place next year.

Seychelles 1409

We stayed a week at 1409 Seychelles from June 19-26. For the most part, the condo was a great fit for us since we had our two adult sons with us and they could each have their own bedrooms. Our biggest concern early in the trip was the noise in the condo when there was wind outside. It sounded like a plane was buzzing the condo constantly and made it difficult to sleep or hear the TV at times. Fortunately, this went away after about 3 days once the wind wasn’t as strong outside. The living room furniture and bedding are a bit ‘tired’ and could be updated but overall the condo worked for us. We usually stay on Thomas Drive and this is the first time we’ve stayed this far down the beach. The beach in this area does get narrower and with the beach chairs provided by the beach service, there is not a lot of space for other chairs in front of the condo. We found we had to walk a ways down past Schooners to get a spot where we didn’t feel like everyone was on top of each other. This was with getting out on the beach by 9 each morning so it got even more crowded during the day. Check in and out was easy and communication with the rental company Gulf Coast Beachfronts was good. We would book through them again.

Awesome view and accomodations!

The condo was super clean and perfect for everyone who stayed. The only downside was that it was not kid-friendly. We had a lot of "no - don't touch that" throughout our stay but overall would recommend everyone stay in a wrap around balcony due to the view in the early morning and late evening. It is worth every penny :)

Location....Location....Location

This property has it all. A wonderful gulf view. Schooner's for adult mingling. Nice, comfy and secure for the teens to have a tad bit of freedom. We loved our stay and definitely plan on returning!!
