Thank you for taking the time to write a review, Susan. I'm surprised by your review since we spoke several times during your stay and you stated you were having an "amazing time" and were "enjoying the house and the pool". To address your concerns, the owner lovingly invested in a professional interior designer in February 2022. Many of the interior furnishings, as well as the decor and bedding, were updated. I received your email upon your departure stating the toilet paper holders in a few of the bathrooms were loose. These were repaired by our maintenance staff as soon as your message was received. Thank you for letting us know about this need for repair.

Hey, Tracy! We are glad you chose our property for your family vacation, but terribly disappointed in the way it was treated during your stay, and left after your departure. This is a non-smoking property, inside and outside. The entire exterior of the property was littered with cigarette butts, and the inside smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Our cleaning staff works hard to maintain our properties and when I checked-in with you at the time of your arrival you indicated the floors were dirty. The owner of our cleaning company was on site within ten minutes and found your children roaming around with bags of chips, which you agreed was the source of the food crumbs strewn throughout our beautiful property. As discussed in our amenities listing, we provide one set of towels per registered guest, 18 in your case. Extra towels are always available for an extra cost. Although you declined paying for extras, as a kind gesture, our cleaning and linen staff left you some anyhow. The picnic table was broken by horseplay from those in your group and was hauled off and is being replaced. We are truly disappointed in the way your group left the property, and would not host you again.
