The second floor is the nucleus of the house with the main living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, 1 full and 1 half bath and the “Seaside Sweet” (bedroom 4) with 2 full sized beds. The living room has TV and there is ample dining seating (up to 19) at two large tables and the bar. . The third and top level opens up into a sitting area for reading and relaxing and enjoying the sunset on the sound. A mini kitchen with fridge, coffee maker and microwave is right off of the sitting area. The third floor has two master bedrooms the “White Sands Sweet” (bedroom 5) with a queen bed and full bath and the “Sand Piper Sweet” (bedroom 6) with a king bed and full bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD. Off the Sand Piper Sweet is a combo office/nursery for those needing to get a little work done on vacation or needing a separate space for little ones.
