Great stay - love Paragon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay with Paragon and will always always always stay with them in Breck! Fantastic service, easy check in/out, great communication, and incredible houses. We’ve been going to Breckenridge for 20 years and this was our first time to not stay in town or on the mountain so I was a little unsure of the location when we booked, but we absolutely loved it (in summer at least). It’s right on the bike trail so we just rented some bikes for the family and rode into town when we wanted and explored too. There is an awesome playground for the kids about halfway into town on the bike trail that we spent lots of time on. The views from the huge corner balcony were beautiful and we enjoyed so much time out there. The kids loved having a bunk room plus their own TV room which had video games that kept them entertained. Definitely recommend and definitely go back.

Four Months On The Corner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was spotless, the views were great, and everything we needed was at our fingertips! The hot tub service was spot on. We were close to the bike path and the drive into Breckenridge was less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and the people we met on our daily walks were friendly. Our short walk to the river provided peaceful times and our son-in-law loved the fishing. The lovely handmade soap was a pleasure and the welcome chocolates were delicious. Thank you, Paragon for a lovely 4 months. Especially the beautiful Aspens, in all their glory, at the end of our stay!

Perfect property

This was a perfect property. Started with great communications through the Property Manager which caused everything to be simple and very easy. The property is beautifully designed and appointed. The location was perfect for us and we will definitely will stay here again. Wonderful place and experience.

Family ski trip

We visited Breck with our 3 teenage daughters, and loved staying here! Plenty of space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, just lovely! Highly recommend for families. Very convenient to gondola and downtown.

Amazing Place!

The house looked brand new and we felt like we were the first to stay here. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing with a great view of the mountains. Christine was super helpful in getting us booked and making sure we were able to get into the property after hours. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Accommodations Incredible

Anyone who is looking for a great 2 family (8-10 person) place to stay in Breck, this is the place. Everything in the property is high end, from beds, linens, kitchen and bathroom accessories, you will struggle to find a nicer newer property. There is construction underway in the close vicinity so the finished product will be much quieter and relaxing when completed. That being said, no construction on the weekends and the area is quiet, close to bike trails and convenient for whatever you want to do in the area. I did think the 10 AM checkout was too early. If you’ve been there a while, getting out by 10 is tough. An 11 or 12 checkout time would have made that last night and morning more enjoyable.

August 2018 Stay

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your property. It was convenient and the layout was perfect. The construction in the area (right across the street) should have been disclosed BEFORE we paid for the rental and should be disclosed on the VRBO site. Construction overall did not impede our stay.

Beautiful Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a truly a beautiful house that's packed with high end amenities. We really liked the layout, with a second floor main area and kids rooms on the ground floor. The views from the second floor are incredible, and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the deck. You need to be aware of the significant construction projects going on across the street and in the neighborhood. Because this property is located at the top of the street, it can be very noisy in the morning as the crews get started up for the day. In a few years when things settle down, this is going to be a much better location for those interested in a more tranquil mountain experience. We really enjoyed fishing in the Blue River, biking/hiking on the near by trails, and spending quite evenings on the deck. The folks at Paragon Lodging did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay in Breck.

Everything you're looking for

It was exactly what we were looking for and the location was more than convenient. Everything was clean and ready for us early even. A storm came through the first night (50-60mph winds), causing the hot tub cover to blow off and lose quite a bit of water. The management made sure to send someone the very next day to service the hot tub for us. The upstairs has a very open layout, making it easy for a group our size to enjoy ourselves while being all together. We'll definitely return! Thanks again for being helpful and understanding!

Beautiful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the Corner of the Shores was the perfect home base for our Summit county ski trip. Having rented homes in the area every winter for years, our first experience with Paragon Lodging was unparalleled. Location was spot on; Copper/Keystone/A basin are all within 20 minutes away while downtown Breckenridge was only a few stops on the Summit Co. bus (or a cheap uber away). The attention to detail in this house was extremely well thought out. From the top notch kitchen, hot tub, and outdoor firepit to the most comfortable beds imaginable (no for real, what kind of beds are these?) it was exactly what anyone would look for in a winter retreat location. Every single one of us at one point just looked around and said, "I want my house to look like this..." We slept 8 very comfortably without even pulling out the extra queen couch! I will be planning on making a return trip next year and I will be rebooking this property or another one of paragon's luxury homes.
