This sunny and bright 3BR/2BA corner condo offers a superb location just two blocks from the beach! Inspired by the sea, the well-appointed interior boasts an open layout and abundant natural light. Admire wooded views on the breezy balcony or relax on the deck overlooking the pool.

Enjoy access to on-site amenities including the seasonal pool and boat dock and ramp area where you can fish or launch a kayak! Drive approximately 1 mile and explore seafood eateries, seaside shops, and the Ocean Isle Beach Pier.

LIVING AREA

The beachy living area is outfitted with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and two comfy sofas.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wet bar, and breakfast bar seating for three.

When its time to eat, gather at the six-seat dining table.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to ten guests between three bedrooms and the kids' nook, each equipped with a smart TV.

Rest comfortably on a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed. The kids' nook features a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Kick back and relax on the private balcony overlooking the woodlands, a waterway, and Jinks Creek in the distance. The private outdoor space is furnished with two Adirondack chairs, a rocking chair, and a picnic table.

The front deck overlooks the pool and has seating for two.

Make a splash in the unheated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Challenge your crew to a tennis match at the on-site courts or make use of the boat ramp and explore the open waters.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a Pack n Play, and a hammock are provided in the rental.

Smart TVs are pre-loaded with Netflix and YouTube Live TV for guest use.

Unassigned parking is available for three vehicles in the parking lot.

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Renters are not permitted to have golf carts.

The Ocean Isle Beach Pier is a quick 1-mile drive away, as well as waterfront restaurants and local shops.

Cruise 22 miles to spend a day exploring North Myrtle Beach.

Fun at the beach.

The unit was cozy, clean, and quiet. Very close to beach, with a no stairs beach access (great for a cart) and great views along with our am and pm deer visits. A/C was cold and the unit is a good size for 4 adults and a few of kids. The only minuses for the stay was that the beach amenities (umbrella, chairs, cart) were either old or non existent. Bicycles were not usable, handle bars could not be tightened. Could use a newer Keurig or coffee pot and a bigger air fryer/toaster oven. With that being said, Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also the pool was at our doorstep, a definite bonus.

Great First Visit to OIB!

This was our family of four’s first trip to Ocean Isle Beach, and we had a fantastic stay! The condo was in a perfect location - a 5-minute walk to the beach, right next to the pool, and we enjoyed gorgeous sunset views from the back deck each evening.  The unit was very clean upon arrival, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches Vacasa provided, like trash bags in each can, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms, and a starter pack with dish and laundry detergent. Those small details made settling in easy and stress-free.  A few suggestions that could make the stay even better:  * Either a traditional coffee maker or a reusable K-Cup filter option for guests who bring ground coffee. * The primary bedroom mattress was very soft and dipped in the middle, so we ended up using the guest bedroom instead. * A few board games stored in the living room console would be great for family nights in.  Overall, it was a wonderful beach getaway in a well-maintained and convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect wedding venue

My niece got married and we were only 5 minutes from the venue. Beautiful condo and very clean. Hammock on the deck was pure heaven at night.

Cute, comfortable, and clean condo

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is in a great location and was updated, comfortable, and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. TVs and ceiling fans in every room were a plus. Big porch overlooking the natural area. Short 2 block walk to public beach access.

Great place!

Location: very convenient access to the beach and the pool. Family units so friendly and quiet at night! Clean and big enough place! Clean and plenty of towels!

Great location and size

The condo was good overall. We did have some problems with water bugs, and the TV remote didn’t work in the master bedroom. One thing that could be done that would help a lot is the door code is way too long to have to do every time you leave and come back. But overall, it was good.

Enjoyed our stay. Watching deer off the deck in late evening. A negative- outside door lock did not work ( I did call that in the evening we arrived).

Cute but needs some work

We loved the location of the condo. The beds were all comfortable and slept well. Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the pool. When we got there the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and the we noticed the arm of the couch was broken closest to the deck. The guests aren’t allowed to park underneath the units and should be in my opinion. We also weren’t allowed to have a golf cart. We had guests come one day and they were told they couldn’t park in the lot.

Great location & community

Upon arrival, there were some cleaning issues that were not up to par. There was only one paper towel left on roll in kitchen. No extra under cabinet. There was a old baby boy balloon on the wall. There was a Cobb Webb in the guest bath. Barely any soap in the guest bath. Overall, we had a great time. I was just expecting with CoVid 19 being so big right now, the cleanliness should’ve been much much higher. We would love to stay in the community again, just probably not the same condo due to those issues.

Pictures are deceiving

This property looked so nice in the pictures. When we arrived, the keypad lock did not work. We figured out where the key was and used that the entire time. The keypad never worked. Once we opened the door we were surprised to find a filthy apartment. The carpets were full of stains, the bathrooms were shabby, the whole place looked like it hadn't been dusted all summer. Once we laundered the bath mats and cleaned up a bit we were surprised to find that the only working tv was in the family room. All the other tv's did not work. We called, and called and texted and called to get them repaired. It took three days for some one to respond and bring new batteries for the remote. Two of the five tvs in the apartment never worked. We were surprised to find that there were no mattress pads or covers on the mattresses, just a sheet. Isn't that required by law? We were horrified as we watched a roach crawl across the kitchen floor! The final crushing insult was when the internet cut out on our last full day. Making the tvs not operational too! That took multiple calls to the property manager. Only after I yelled about talking to a supervisor and requesting a refund of one night did the internet start working, at 9 pm! This place had so much promise. It was a great location. We loved the pool. However, the state of this place was horrific. Clearly an owner that cares about the money he is making, not the upkeep of his investment. Never again!!!

Wonderful Time at Seas the Day!

We had such a wonderful girls weekend! Staying here was truly a blessing. It was walking distance from the beach, and was 100% worth the cost!

This condo was great!

Great location, big enough for everyone and clean. The beds were comfy too! I’d definitely stay here again. We enjoyed Ocean Isle Beach very much!

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Isle Beach! The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was nice and everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing and only a short 2 blocks...very quick walk! We would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice condo

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and reasonably priced. It was nice to find the TVs are already signed into streaming service. I wished they would’ve given us more than one laundry pod so we bought a pack for everyone coming after us. I had to buy some toilet paper too bc that went quickly. But overall, it was a very nice condo for the price, in a good location and priced well. Thanks.

Just like home

This was a very nice condo that slept up to 10. Everyone was happy having their own space. We were also able to cook as they had many dishes, pots pans etc. Even access to grill and bikes. Loved that Roku and Netflix was set up and the hammock and electric fireplace was a nice touch. We ran out of paper prosecutable s d had to buy shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets! Superb. Super clean!

Great long weekend spot!

Perfect for our family and grandparents for a long weekend. Short walk to the beach and property was clean and accommodating for places to hang out and plenty of beds!

Well appointed condo-close to the beach in OIB

Very cute unit in 2nd floor of a Condo building. Spacious, clean and well equipped, the condo fit our needs well. 2 blocks from the beach. View of intercoastal on back deck obscured by trees.
