Gather together in the Great Room, detailed with a plush sofa and a smart TV. This is the perfect spot to watch the game while enjoying a spread of tasty snacks.

Upstairs, the living room features two comfy sofas and a smart TV. There’s a full-size bed in the cozy sleeping nook.

KITCHEN & DINING

Stainless steel appliances and glossy granite countertops shine in the well-equipped kitchen.

Four can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, and the dining table seats six.

BED & BATH

The Foster House sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a full-size bed in the sleeping nook.

Rest easy on a king bed adorned with hotel-quality linens in the primary suite, which also has a smart TV. A granite double vanity and a tub/shower combination round out the en-suite primary bathroom.

The guest room is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds plus a pair of twin trundles. A pristine tub/shower combination awaits in the guest bathroom.

A powder room provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Find your bliss in a beautiful backyard, complete with all-around fencing and romantic string lighting. A set of comfy chairs surrounds the gas firepit.

Tucked in the quiet neighborhood of Woodbine, The Foster House is within 1 mile of tasty eateries and a quick drive from downtown.

Arrive at the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum in 4 miles, then pop over to The Johnny Cash Museum & Cafe (3.7 miles). Riverfront Park (3.5 miles) is a favorite spot to stroll at sunset.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
