Conveniently located just minutes from Pine Island road shopping, dining and entertainment. We stayed here for the month of February. The home was very nice and we really enjoyed our time there. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Melissa was a wonderful host. We hope to go back there again some time.

Melissa was great, very prompt with answers to questions we had. The pool and hot tub were great, kitchen was very well equipped, and beds were comfortable, with extra linens and towels. We hope to visit again in the future.

Perfect fit for our stay. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Perfect temps. House was spacious and provided everything needed. Close to stores restaurants and our friends in the area. Melissa was fantastic!

The home was clean and neat. The beds were super comfortable and made for a relaxing night after a day in the pool. The pool was just perfect and plenty of room for our family to relax and play lots of fun water games. The hot tub was just the cherry on top to a long day in the pool. The home was a short drive to many different restaurants and made it easy to get door dash if we didn’t want to leave. The full kitchen was stocked with the basics and helped us out with making breakfast daily at the house. The host was also very helpful when we had an issue with the pool temperature and got right on it and made the rest of our stay wonderful! Made a week full of memories we won’t soon forget.

We wanted a comfortable, quiet spot to rest, watch a game or two and lounge around the pool. This did the trick. We’re not beach goers so not being on the beach didn’t matter. Home is near shopping and restaurants but not too close. Host was magnificent. Kept in touch and responsive. We had our 11 year grandson stay over with us a few nights and he loved the pool. Overall nice

Beautiful house that we felt very comfortable in. Spacious enough for the wife and I and our four boys. Pool and hot tub was great. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Florida honeymoon

We came here on our honeymoon and loved it. From swimming in the rain to watching the turtles everyday in the canal. This house is close to a bunch of restaurants and not too far away from amazing beaches. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful property! We had a great week here, very comfortable home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner a few nights. My absolute only complaint (and this is super minor), is that traffic can be a little noisy at times due to proximity to a major road.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Every morning started our day with coffee on lanai watching birds, otters and turtles in and around the canal. Melissa was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any and all of our needs. Location was central to all restaurants, golf, beaches and parks. Thanks Melissa!

Relaxing & Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The pool was perfect to float in day or night & the hot tub was blissful at the end of a long day! We really enjoyed being on the canal as well, as we would sit out on the lanai to enjoy the breeze and look for wildlife. Melissa was amazing to work with and she was easy to communicate with if we had any questions! This house is close to shopping and restaurants. We made the drive out to Lovers Key State Park to enjoy the beach one day, since Fort Myers beaches were not advised for swimming. Twisted Lobster & Pinchers satisfied our seafood cravings. We took an airboat ride at Airboats & Alligators and even enjoyed a round of mini golf! Definitely stop by the Wild About Popcorn store of you are in Cape Coral! We can't wait for our next trip! Fabulous home

This home was the most well-stocked and appointed home we have ever rented. We consider ourselves VRBO veterans after renting numerous homes for the past 12 years. Everything about the home was wonderful from the cleanliness, and ease of check -in, wonderful pool and hot tub, washer and dryer, well-stocked kitchen, pool floating devices, beech towels, televisions in every bedroom as well as the living room, ease of contacting the owner regarding questions, and the list goes on. We had a wonderful time. The only negative remark I can make is the traffic noise was awful at times, but please consider we are from a very small town in Wyoming where there isn’t much traffic at all. I can say the traffic noise didn’t keep us awake at night, so it may not be a big concern for anyone else. Oh, and let me add we were delighted by the large turtles that sunned themselves every day in our canal along with spotting numerous interesting birds. If you can rent this home, you won’t be disappointed.

Just OK

The property was nice and well stocked, the issue we had was first with the hot tub not working, called and she said she would get someone out to fix, in the meantime I got it working, have a similar one at home. Service man never came for that issue. We were there in Dec. temps in mid 70's during day and high 50's at night. Pool would not heat, kept locking out on high refrigerant pressure, called she sent out a tech and he informed us that the pool heater is about 1/3rd the size it should be, in addition the pool pump shuts off all night so heater never has a chance to catch up even with solar cover on, so we never got to use "heated" pool. Owner did get us a gift certificate for dinner, but it does not replace the fact we spent around $2000 for a unit with heated pool that we could not use. I am only guessing this is not the first time this has happened.

Hi Cindy. As I said I am very sorry I had an issue with the hot tub , this is the first time I ever had this happen, I called several companies to go look but everyone was booked up and could not immediately get there. Sometimes when the power goes out the breaker has to be reset. I have also never had a problem with the pool not being warm enough, I do keep the heater at 82 degrees and I allow all of my guest to adjust the heat. I do know the temps were below 50 for several days during your stay which most pool heaters cannot keep up with that. The pool pump is recommended to be on a timer for 8 hours per day. Again I am so sorry the weather changed during your stay and you had an issue, I have never had any issues before. I hope you enjoyed your dinner at Lobster Lady. Thank you for your stay.

Perfect getaway!

Everything about this property was perfect! Melissa was super helpful and communicated with ease. This home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool is amazing and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. Our family enjoyed watching the birds and otters swimming in the canal behind the rental. It was very peaceful. We spent a lot of our time on the lanai, hanging out pool side. Although the kitchen was fully stocked with the ability to prepare meals, we utilized UBER eats many nights and enjoyed our dinners outside on the lanai. They offered up pool float lounges and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfy and everything that was needed was provided. We took a short trip out to Sanibel Island and picked up some sea shells on the beach. This rental is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Our family very much enjoyed our time and would love to come back in the future.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, in welchem man seinen Urlaub echt genießen kann. Zentral gelegen, so dass man überall schnell hinkommen kann (Auto wie immer in den USA notwendig). Die Vermieterin kümmert sich um alles und war bei Rückfragen sehr schnell erreichbar. Es gab es Beach Chairs, Handtücher, 1 Kühlbox, usw., die man nutzen konnte. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr Wohl gefühlt und hätten locker noch 1 Woche oder mehr dranhängen können. Sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere jüngste Tochter wollte gar nicht mehr weg.

We had the best hostess, Melissa was accommodating and went above and beyond! We were her first guests and things couldn't have went any smoother. She welcomed us and made sure everything was perfect! She was available when needed and you will not be disappointed in her home! The house has everything you could think of and the location is great for beaches, restaurants, airport, or grocery stores! Thank you for everything, we hope to come back again 😊

I grew up in Pittsburgh PA but love the Florida gulf area. Cape coral is such a great place. The beaches and restaurants are so much fun. I absolutely love to entertain friends and family. I Absolutely love the Cape coral area, this home is close to shopping, restaurants, easy access to beaches, and golf courses. Lots of fishing in the canal directly behind my home. If you come to the Cape I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. There is so much to do here and everything is so beautiful. Neighborhood location but if I want to go have fun it is just a short distance away.

Beautiful private pool and hot tub. I could fish in the canal all day long. My property is Close to restaurants like First Round Draft, The Dek bar which has great entertainment. Or take a short ride into down town Cape Coral or over to Ft Myers Beach. There is shopping a water park, highways, hospital, The canal also connects to 7 Beautiful lakes. The entire area of Cape Coral, Fort Myers beach and Bonita beach are just wonderful and there is so much to do. Things to visit in Cape coral. Wicked Dolphin Distillery, Piers, boardwalk, beaches, farmers market, four mile cove ecological preserve, rotary park environmental center, fellowship park, Sun Splash family water park, Sirenia Vista Park, Tarpon point Marina, Cape coral Historical museum, Tours by Capt Nelson tours, Banana bay day tours, No Pier pressure Charters, speed dock, Jet ski rentals such as Nauti Hooker water sports, ships and giggles inc, On site water sports. Restaurants such as... The Dek, Lobster Lady, Hickory grill, First round, Boathouse tiki bar & grill, Nice guys, 10 Twenty Five, Taverna Wood Fired Kitchen, Sicily Trattoria, Ristorante Fabio, Redfish Point, Overtime Pizzeria, Jets Pizza, Misto Bar & Grill, Gather, Cork Soakers, Nice Guys, House of Omelets, The omelet shop, Mels diner. These are some of my favorites and I hope this helps you get around.
