This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA unit features are large living room couch for the family to relax and watch TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook those cost saving meals at home and there is plenty of dining space for everyone to enjoy the meal together. The master bedroom has a queen size bed along with a private bath. Bedroom two has a full-size bed. The third bedroom had two bunk beds along with a trundle and is a kid favorite. There is a full-size washer and dryer and free wi-fi. In the evening, be sure to relax and enjoy the water view from the balcony!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The community resort fee includes parking for 2 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 4/30 = $80, 5/1 to 5/21 = $115, 5/22 to 9/10 = $155, 9/11 - 9/30 = $115 and 10/1 to 12/31 = $80. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $70 each and are on a first come first served basis. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Parking for 2 vehicles- one in a covered garage and one spot outside of the garage.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors, individuals, or groups under 30.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 67th street.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
